Debra O’Farrell – State Farm Insurance Agent

I don’t think some five stars reviews from her own employees indicates a business with a good ethic. At least one five stars review is actually from a current active agent at this branch. How do I know? I talked to this person and I have the email address that agent is using.
Why does a good business operation need to do this? It is false information with, I think and I do felt, desperation. And you know what, I did feel disrespectfully treated every single time when I talk to my own agent. It is pleasant connotation they use when you are trying to pay the premium. But afterwards when you use your insurance and its benefits, you will feel the raw condescending and contempt.
Another thing I can’t help to point out is the brutal attack to its competitors. State Farm is a good brand and I have been using it for a long time. But this branch doesn’t have the same standard, as least some of the agents doesn’t. IF YOU ARE WORKING AT THIS BRANCH, DON’T PRETEND TO BE A CUSTOMER AND GIVE A FALSE EXPERIENCE REVIEW TO YOUR OWN BRANCH. I switched to one of the insurance companies that agent attacked in the review. I would say things are getting better.
If anyone doesn’t believe me, I have all the documents to prove.
How about go back to work and improve the customer service instead of written some misleading reviews? What is the thing that really matters? Internet is a place you can say anything, but people are watching.

1. Don’t believe the TV ads. State Farm is NOT there. Your local agent is only there for two things: sell policies, and collect payments. They cannot file a claim, advise you on how to file a claim or give you any advice. They’re a collection agency, and they act that way.
2. This particular agent is about as worst as it gets. Uninformed. Incompetent. Constantly making mistakes.
3. I fired them, and went to Triple AAA. Triple AAA is very clear, very consistent, very polite.
Do not do business with State Farm, or this particular franchise!

This is the best State Farm office I have had the pleasure of doing business with and I’ve had State Farm in three separate states. They are extremely professional and courteous, always go above and beyond to ensure my needs are meet and are in constant communication with their clients.
They also send you birthday and holiday cards lol! Even when transferring and unfortunately having to cancel my policy they were still very helpful! Special thanks to both Darnell Chapman and Mike Burton!!!

I love Agent Debra O’Farrell! She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to 401k questions and investment questions. Debra is the best when it comes to explaining investment options and why State Farm has great options when it comes to investing for retirement. I would highly suggest sitting down with her to review your financial planning. She is always patient with questions and great to talk to.

Darnell Chapman is the best insurance agent I’ve ever worked with so I always get a quote for my client from him first. On top of giving great advices, he is very responsive and honest. I am always very confident in sharing his quote with my clients and they are very satisfied with working with him as well!

Let’s face it: no one likes shopping for car insurance, especially in this day and age when everything sounds too good to be true and you don’t really know what to believe in terms of «deals.» Luckily I was introduced to Darnell from State Farm, who not only was knowledgeable and efficient in finding the right policy for me, but was also personable and friendly. I have a habit of sometimes being too careful or overly precautious, meaning I ask A LOT of questions, yet Darnell was able to assist me with every question and concern I had. The combination of good, fair prices and great customer service made this a no-​brainer for me, thank you State Farm.

State Farm FTW! Checked out several places to get auto insurance for my new car, and decided to go with State Farm. Darnell was very helpful and patient during the process since I had so many questions. I decided to change my insurance and switch over to State Farm. I was introduced by Darnell and he was very helpful from the moment I stepped in. He gave a detailed explanation on car insurance plans that I could afford within my budget. He provided excellent customer service and I’m confident he can assist anyone on their insurance.
