David has been a very effective advocate in dealing with a bureaucratic claims group and a body shop that seemed unable to find needed repair parts for my Mini Cooper. He is creative, diligent and a pleasure to deal with. If your car gets wrecked, having an agent willing to step up for you is wonderful.

By far the best I have worked with to date! I refer people to insurance as a part of my profession and I have never once regretted referring someone to David’s office! The staff on this team isn’t in it just sell you insurance they really care and they know their clients by name even if you have never met them in person. Not surprised to see all the other 5 star reviews up here. David and Ed were instrumental in helping me figure out all the nuances of my Renter’s Insurance and Personal Articles policies and went out of their way to make sure that I completely understood my coverage.
These individuals have high levels of integrity & professionalism and are a breath of fresh air compared with the many other insurers out there who are trying to upsell at every opportunity. Thank you, David and Ed — you will have my business for many years to come.

Their follow-​up and communication all the way through any process you are doing with them make dealing with insurance a pleasure — and that’s not something you hear very often. David’s team is especially great for such a busy office as there isn’t anything too small or too large for them to deal with promptly and efficiently. Since going to David for my car insurance I have since moved all of my insurance needs to him.

I have to say that all around it was an enjoyable experience working with the Mission Branch State Farm office. First of all, the team in this office is super personable and helpful, especially Ed my agent. Additionally, they were able to give me any extremely low quote for both my renters insurance and my car insurance. When i had to relocate to Portland, Oregon for work, my insurance rates went up dramatically. Ed was awesome enough to call the Portland office and make sure that all the numbers were correct and that I wasn’t being overcharged. I would highly recommend this office!

David and his team are outstanding! When you walk into their office, you are greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. David gave me a great rate on auto and home insurance and he’s been available to answer all my questions. I’ve bought insurance with two other carries in San Francisco, and man were those experiences awkward – you either sit there in silence as the agent crunches numbers for you or the agent makes you feel dumb for asking a question. Not here! David’s staff are so friendly and knowledgeable that I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know. Keep up the great work!

Although I am a State Farm agent myself, I am a big fan of David Chacon’s State Farm Agency. He runs a tight ship and all his team members are knowledgeable and friendly. I even sent my new team member over to his office and he was so nice to train him for me. :) If you are not insured with me already… haha give David a call!
