Established in 1998 It all started about 15 years ago, when she was teaching cooking classes. An Italian friend asked her to help promote her culinary classes in the United States. Then with an ‘aha!’ moment, this friend told Joanne she needed to teach the classes in Europe. Her program exploded, and Joanne’s European excursions were full within three weeks.

Joanne has combined her extensive experience with a passion for travel, leading culinary journeys in Spain, France, Italy, Morocco, Australia, and California. During these tours, Joanne shares her passion for regional cuisines, wines and cooking techniques with small groups of students in incredible locations.
