Crystal Clear Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Services

Best decision I’ve made in a long time! They did both our yellow house and the neighbors white house. You can see by the photos that Joe and his team made our homes look brand new. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would! I found Crystal Clear on Unilocal!and also through the the Diamond Certified Directory. The caveat to great reviews is the 2+ week wait for an appointment just for the estimate. Nevertheless, it was worth the wait! By the way, This was for a pressure washing job. No windows.
Joe was 10 minutes early for the scheduled meeting at a house I was getting ready to rent out. He’s a very down to earth guy and easy to talk to. You feel like you’ve known him for a long time after just a few minutes talking to him. He really knows his work as well. Within 5 minutes, he gave me a very reasonable quote.
At the time of the scheduling, the lady on the phone did let me know that the actual work itself may be another 2 weeks out. Joe did tell me that he is fully booked but because my job was pretty small. he would squeeze me on the coming Sunday. I was ecstatic! Agreed!
Here’s the part the blew me away. 2 days later, it was a Friday morning @ 9am… I drove over to the house to meet with some prospective tenants. What a surprise to see Crystal Clear’s truck parked in front with Joe in his waterproof overalls ready to work! I questioned our Sunday agreement… he told me he had time this morning and thought he would take care of my place today instead of Sunday. How awesome is that?! He certainly made me look good in front of the prospective tenants! They were happy to see I was investing money into their new home.
Couldn’t have asked for any service better than Crystal Clear Window Cleaning! I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I found this company in a Diamond Certified book. I’m glad I did. We had our Victorian restored several years ago but had never had it cleaned. Joe and his crew did an outstanding job and it looked like it had just been painted. Windows that I’d never been able to reach were… well, crystal clear. They had us protect the inside with towels near the windows and that saved us some minor water damage. Couldn’t be happier with this company. We’re going to use them yearly. Highest recommendation!

Crystal Clear did a great job powerwashing the outside of our house, doing the windows, etc. The owner was onsite at the job the whole time. They showed up on time, the team was supervised, they were very careful to wear shoe covers inside the house and everything. Even warned me that I needed to line the windows with towels as water can splash inside (which it did).
Just a really good job. Highly professional and responsive. I would certainly use them again.

Joe, the owner, and his team are amazing from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating in fitting me in on a busy Saturday since we were having a party that coming week. They cleaned our windows and power washed our deck and stairs with no hassle — it looks amazing. Also, since Joe was on-​site, he went over every detail and made sure the job was done correctly. Highly recommended!

It takes technique to get a nice streak-​free window. Times that by 12×20 feet and you have my loft windows. This is something I cannot do by myself. Joe did the loft windows, our patio door and our upstairs picture window cleanly and professionally.
I was so glad he was able to squeeze us in too. And, that’s the primary reason why I’m writing this. I was so impressed by their work on the other units over the years and the work they’ve done outside our deck, that I had to ask him if they had time to do the interior of our unit. I was so glad he could make it happen. Crystal Clear was originally scheduled to do the building’s outside windows and we would have to hire window washers to do our windows on the inside. Since we had the time and money, we offered to pay up front and I am so glad we did it. He was very accommodating and kind.
I’m looking outside my window and the glass looks like new – I’m lucky because window glass can get dull over time. It’s window glass after all and while I am not a glazier, I know that materials like lime, aluminum dioxide, magnesium oxide or sodium carbonate have been known to be added (I asked my dad what window glass was made of when I was a kid). I’d recommend getting your windows professionally cleaned at least once a year if you have large windows – I don’t have much of a view, but it makes such a big difference with clean windows. I also have a hunch it’s good Feng Shui too. But, I’m just guessing.
When they do our building again, I am scheduling them for interior window cleaning and power washing on our deck. I would recommend him highly, and, I hope people who I’ve recommended him to pass along his name. They are all real sweet.

From start to finish — they did exactly what they said they would — a great job at the right price. There might be other companies that are cheaper (feel free to comparison shop — I did!) — but you get what you pay for. And with Joe & Crystal — you get the best! Joe and his crew were highly competent and professional. They cleaned our four-​story home, pressure washed our deck, and hand washed the skylights on the roof. I wish I could show you the before and after pictures of our front steps after the pressure washing by Joe – you wouldn’t believe it is the same place. They were punctual, courteous, the estimate was reasonable, and the price did not vary from the estimate. I highly recommend Crystal Clear Window Cleaning.

Joe was responsive, responsible, knows his stuff! We have VERY tall windows at our home, and he handled them all. Crystal Clear also cleaned our solar panels, and I look forward to sending PG&E less money in the coming months. Hire this company!

Joe and crew did the windows on my two flats and then pressure washed and sealed both decks. A fabulous job on all. I didn’t think the deck would come back as beautiful as it did, what a pleasant surprise. Joe really knows his stuff and gave me great advice about what needed to be done.

What can you say… they cleaned our exterior windows. A great job for a great price! They even climbed up on our roof to clean our skylight for no extra charge. Highly recommended.

Joe and his team are indispensable! Crystal Clear started washing our windows when our home was built… and we wouldn’t think of asking any other company into our home. They tackle all of our difficult windows, where certainly some would tell us we need scaffolding. We trust them, we know we can depend on them and we’re happy to see the Crystal Clear team at the door.

I have not actually had the service yet… I took the day off to have them clean the inside of my windows. My issue so far is that they rarely if ever answer their telephone and rarely return calls when messages are left (I have left many with no call backs). I sure hope the service is better, if and when they show up. Signed… very frustrated with customer service.
Update, they did show up, but that does not excuse the lack of customer service at the office.

They did a great job for our condo-​loft complex. Great people to work with — they were responsive and even managed to fit us in pretty much last minute during the busy season when they had an unexpected opening. It’s sometimes a pain to deal with companies who contract with the building management company, but we didn’t have that problem with them at all. They did great work and provided friendly, helpful service. Can’t ask for much more.

Joe and his team did a terrific job of cleaning our windows. The quote came quickly, Joe on his team were exactly on time, and the windows are now very clean — including the windowsills which were disgusting. Highly recommended!

Everyone at Crystal Clear Services was friendly, prompt, and good at what they do. My house looks fantastic! The paint job looks brand new now that all the dust and dirt has been cleaned off, and the team managed to remove the mold and moss from the driveway beautifully. I’d definitely hire them again!

Joe and his team is terrific I had my bay windows cleaned today and they look fabulous. I am technically on the 3^rd floor of an older apartment building and the windows had not been cleaned in years. YIKES!!! Joe and his staff were professional, friendly and very thorough. Really nice work cleaning our three-​story corner-​house Edwardian TIC with more than 10 bay windows — and they use a Tucker pole so it’s quick and easy. We’re using them again this year. And so much less expensive than other routes for window cleaning!

Crystal Clear did a fantastic job cleaning off decades of dirt, moss, and pigeon ickiness from the side of my house. I never knew concrete could look so good! They took care of all my concerns and did more and better work than I expected. I will definitely use their services again.
