No matter how good the customer service is when you go in the store for insurance this insurance company is horrible. Been paying them for 3 years straight and as soon as i get into an accident they didnt pay it took them 3 months just to approve my claim and tell me to take my car to a shop. Then it took them 3 more months to tell me some b.s. and didnt even pay what they were supposed to pay. They keep asking for payments and still have not issued a payment for my car. I wish i could sue them
