We LOVED Corelli Strings! We can not thank Midori and Corelli Strings enough for playing for our daughters wedding at the Rotunda in SF City Hall. They were so well organized from beginning to end. They had an amazing list of music to chose from and assisted with the process. They were knowledgeable and very experienced. And the music was AMAZING!!! We would highly recommend this group to play for you!

Their music was truly beautiful and they were super easy to plan with. So many songs to choose from! Modern and classic. They were perfect!

I cannot thank Midori and Corelli Strings enough for playing at my wedding ceremony. It was a very hectic day and I was running late (surprise surprise) and they were very professional regardless.
I had my wedding at SF City Hall and they knew where to set up without any direction. They played my requested music PERFECTLY (I played the violin for 11 years, I was in tears when Massenet started).
Prior to the wedding, Midori answered all my questions via email (since I live out of state) and did not hesitate to offer guidance. I wish I could have hugged her after to thank her but I was so preoccupied!

We got married two weeks ago and Corelli Strings made our day incredibly special. They are super professional, prompt, and talented. Our City Hall wedding was tremendously improved by their music and their ability to sense our crowd.

From the moment of my first contact with Corelli Strings to the very end of our wedding ceremony, my experience with them was nothing but a breeze.
My husband and I got married less than a week ago at San Francisco City Hall, where I was told that we would not be able to play music from our ipods during the ceremony. Not wanting to walk down the aisle to nothing but the sounds of the protestors outside on the streets, I took the recommendation of the coordinators at City Hall and contacted Corelli Strings.
Midori was my point of contact, and was instrumental (no pun intended) in making sure that the music for our ceremony was orchestrated smoothly and seamlessly. She was very prompt in her responses to any and all questions that I had, and was also patient in waiting for me to make decisions re: final playlist, on-​site contact person, etc.
We requested that the string duo arrange and perform a song that was not on their set list– this was a no-​frills process that involved us asking for the song, allowing a few weeks for the duo to arrange it, and then being presented with a MIDI file upon completion for our review. The song itself sounded amazing the day of the ceremony.
I would definitely recommend Corelli Strings for any wedding or event, especially at SF City Hall.

Corelli Strings played our San Francisco City Hall wedding last week and they were wonderful. We rented the 4^th floor balcony and they played a great mix of classical and pop music tunes for our 80+ guests. I didn’t quite plan out how long the ceremony would take so they had play additional music beyond whatI I filled out but they did a great job of choosing their own music on the fly. I highly recommend them for any events!

We got married a couple weeks ago and hired Corelli Strings (string trio) to play at our outdoor ceremony. I had found Corelli Strings on Unilocal and called them immediately. From the moment I spoke with Midori, I had a good feeling. The samples don’t do them justice!
We sat in on a live demo (for a small fee) and were completely blown away (to the point of tears!) and knew we had to hire them. Honestly, on the day of our wedding, I didn’t really pay attention to them due to the craziness going on, but my guests commented on how wonderful they sounded. Wish I had heard some of the music we selected though. =(
Would definitely hire Corelli Strings again for another event, and highly recommend them for your events! Midori is professional and responds almost immediately to all of the questions you may have.

Corelli Strings was our ceremony and cocktail-​hour music vendor for our wedding last month. It was a last minute decision to switch to live music for our wedding and I couldn’t be happier that I contacted Midori. She was professional and easy to work with. First off, Midori — who is your primary contact for any event is one of the (if not THE) most professional vendors I dealt with during our wedding planning. Her responses are always extremely prompt and thorough. She is always happy to answer any questions you may have — or clarify any uncertainties. She is also extremely flexible and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make it work.
The quartet that we had for our wedding was phenomenal. They showed up right on time (if not a bit early) and required no direction at all — they just set up on their own and began playing. And they sounded great!
So, if you want a string ensemble for your event — definitely get Corelli. I am certain that there will not be another vendor you work with who is more professional and who delivers what you want/​request better than them.

I’m a part-​time wedding officiant, and today I had the pleasure of working with this wonderful group of musicians. I was dealing with a couple of grooms who had specific ideas about what they wanted… I wrote the ceremony, the grooms gave me their music notes from meetings with Corelli, and we exchanged two emails and that was all it took.
The wedding today was like a Broadway Production. everything on cue… music very appropriate, and the guests at the wedding were blown away.
Corelli Strings is a trio you need at your wedding! I’m going to recommend them as I meet with people planning a wedding.

Corelli Strings trio played at my wedding and reception July 11 at the Cliff House in SF. They were amazing, my guests loved listening to them. Midori is so nice to work with and I had so much confidence in her that they weren’t even on my radar of worries the morning of my wedding. I paid the very reasonable fee to learn a song to play for me to walk down the aisle and I felt tears in my eyes the second they started playing, it was so beautiful, so worth it! I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

All of the perfect ratings are well deserved for Corelli Strings. First, Midori is very responsive in answering any questions/​inquiries that you have. Also, I love the pay online feature that they have — I was surprised how many vendors we used for our wedding in San Francisco still needed us to send cashier’s checks… that is so inconvenient! Such a small thing makes it easier for brides :-)
On the day of, our musicians were prompt and prepared. Since they do so many weddings at SF City Hall, we did not really have to provide them with too many details. Also, our reservations were booked for 1-​hour but our ceremony only took about 20-​minutes. Corelli played music for the ENTIRE hour while we visited with guests and took photos. It was absolutely the perfect background noise.
I received so many compliments about the music played by Corelli Strings. I could listen to them play for hours. I wish I had another event coming up to book them for, they are just outstanding. If you are looking for some musicians to make your event elegant, book Corelli!

Corelli Strings was by far my favorite vendor for my San Francisco City Hall wedding. Midori was very responsive and easy to communicate with. From the get-​go, I felt that I could give Midori just a few details about what I wanted and just trust her to take care of the rest —
which she did beautifully!
Corelli Strings is a SF City Hall pro, so I didn’t have to worry about whether or not they’d arrive on time, know where to go, where to set up, etc — they quietly came in and set up without intrusion while my husband and I greeted guests and took pictures — and did the same when our hour together was up.
We paid a little extra to have them learn a song that is special to me and my husband. It was well worth it!

I cannot say enough positive things about Corelli String + Midori. We recently hired them to play at our small City Hall Wedding and they helped make the day absolutely perfect. Midori was so responsive and made the whole process so easy. We were able to pick the music, but also gave Midori some choice — which she picked perfectly. If you are looking for string musicians, I would highly recommend Corelli Strings and would definitely hire them in the future for other events.

Corelli Strings did a fantastic job at my wedding ceremony last weekend. We had the strings trio play at our rooftop ceremony and i have been receiving rave reviews since the day of! All our guests said how great they sounded and loved they had modern songs like the Game of Thrones theme song (which they totally crush!!!) and classics that really capture the traditional sprit of a wedding. Great to work with, cant thank them enough for making our day so special!!! I highly recommend, as they were recommended to us from another friend, great suggestion!

We hired a string trio for our wedding at City Hall.
Midori from Corelli Strings was one of the most professional vendors to work with. She responded promptly to our emails, asked all the necessary questions for our timeline, and said Yes to all the custom songs we asked them to learn for a reasonable fee that was totally worth it.
On the day of, they played wonderfully and remembered all our special instructions to slow down a particular song, or start at a different measure for another song. The song I had them learn from Final Fantasy was performed beautifully and timed perfectly as I walked down the aisle. I sent Midori two scores and she was able to tell me which would be best for a string trio.
Also, the Game of Thrones theme is in their repertoire — NEED I SAY MORE? And yes, we had them play it at our wedding to set the tone as guests walked in. Epic!
