Tire pressure alert went off in my car. They quickly found the problem (nail through the sidewall), diagnosed that the tire couldn’t be repaired, and matched a new tire to my existing ones. Professional and friendly. Have a big selection of tires for any vehicle, from passenger cars to commercial trucks. My wife has also had a couple of tires patched there when she’s had punctures. She’s been nothing but happy with her experience.

The people at Commercial Tire are so helpful and friendly. I’ve been here twice and felt like I understood what was going on. They took such good care of me and my car!

Had a flat this morning. They were really busy but managed to get me out of there in about 40 min. The place was a little hectic and I couldn’t find a place to wash my hands after changing to my spare tire, but overall they do good work.

Took my chevy express in for an alignment because I recently installed a lift kit. Was in and out within an hour. Friendly staff and really competitive prices. I will be back if I ever need another alignment thank you gyus

Been coming here for as long as I can remember. Whenever i need to swap tire, they are fast and very professional.

We had an alignment check and a little work done here after installing new tires. I appreciated the quick service and the way the employees spoke knowledgeably without being condescending. That’s a surprisingly tricky balance to pull off, and I appreciated the attention to customer service.

They are fast, they are extremely friendly, they seem to be very honest and the pricing is very competitive.
I bought a set of 4 tires, they provide a coupon that last one year with many useful services. (Reasonable oil changes, free tire rotations and balancing, discount on breaks, etc) They have my business and I feel lucky to have found them.
After I left with my new set of tires they realized I could benefit from a Bridgestone rebate and they are sending me all they information and making it very simple for me.
There is a reason they have a solid 5 star rating on Unilocal.Good job guys.

The BEST tire guys in the city! Hard working, no BS, efficient and affordable = life savers. I always feel welcome and comfortable here even though I’m not too good with cars. They explain things in easy to understand way. All around great tire care and advice!!!

What a shame that it didn’t seem like my business mattered. Had a flat tire that I wasn’t sure needed repairing or replacing, took it to Commercial and was told by who looked like the manager in the office that he didn’t know what was wrong with it, since the tire wasn’t inflated… no duh, dude… that is why I brought it to them in the first place, because the tire was flat. It got worse, then he told me that he didn’t carry that type of tire, which I told him that I didn’t even know if I need a new tire or this one could be fixed, to make matters worse, he said they were only open for another few hours and had two cars that need all tires changed… he then told me to try down the block and maybe they could help me… why didn’t he say that he didn’t want to help me in the first place to save time and aggravation. I took his suggestion and went down the block to Beyond Street Performance, where I was in and out with a fixed tire in 10 minutes. Goes to show a bad attitude and lack of customer service goes a long way! I won’t ever go there again!

Came here after an attempted scam from Mission Tires. I appreciated the kindness and honesty of these mechanics and how they took the time to explain what happened. I will definitely come back here whenever we experience car troubles out here in the city! This place has excellent reviews for a reason!

These guys handle big accounts. They are fair and fast and old school. You don’t need a commercial truck to come here. You just need to have a vehicle that need tires.

The service was friendly and the job got done faster than expected. The cost seemed very reasonable as well. I simply got a tire patched but would return for other car needs based on this experience. Would recommend to others.

The hype is spot on.
After triple checking all the Unilocal reviews I committed to a 3-​oil change deal on Grope-​On or Amazon Low-​cal for thirty bucks. Having been burned pretty good by a couple Unilocal «deals» and some from those others, I was holding my breath when I brought my car into this place.
But damn if they didn’t just do exactly what was promised, in fact they did MORE than was promised! The deal was for bulk oil, and they actually use bottles of a synthetic blend. And they didn’t try to upsell or jack me around on other things– they just changed my oil and took note of the basics like brake pad levels to let me know. Had me out in about 50 minutes exactly as promised. About $ 6 for disposal and taxes on top of the voucher I already paid for.
Clean shop, but not overly so. Waiting room is split into a couple locations and might be improved a bit but it didn’t bother me. People were friendly and it seemed a pretty good place to work. Convenient to freeways and local roads too.
I won’t need tires for a while, but I will definitely consider and recommend this place for future work beyond my upcoming two more oil changes. I love it when a mechanic just gets a simple job done right, on time, and as well as I would just do it myself.

Purchased a full set of tires here. Found them to be very professional, friendly and competent. Been back a time or two for. alignment which is free when you buy your tires here.
The price was good. I had no complaints. In fact I Highly recommend Commercial Tire!

These guys win. Called them up and got a price over the phone to mount and balance two tires. Showed up expecting to be there an hour, they got me in and out in 25 min. Fast, polite, competent and friendly. Quoted me a great price to get an alignment, so I guess I will be back. Most highly recommended!

What can I say this place has the absolute best customer service. They are the masters of the universe in getting back me back on the road pronto. It’s a tire shop so don’t expect a 5 star resort –but do except fast service friendly knowledgable staff and coffee brewed like my grandma made

When I walked in, I was informed that my Amazon Local voucher had to be mailed to me, and would have to pay $ 40 for regular oil change. Of course this was Amazon’s fault and not theirs, BUT they ended doing the whole thing for $ 30 INCLUDING Tire Rotation! Rick was such an extremely amiable guy, and and enjoyed talking to him as well. Other similar companies should study these guys on how to provide STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks Commercial!!! IMPRESSED!

I had a screw stuck in my tire. I didn’t want to buy a new tire or plug it myself with a plug kit because that’s only a temporary solution. Commercial Tire was able to patch my tire and they take off the rim and seal it from the inside so that it would last as long as the tire does. Took my car here and got in and out of the shop in a fast orderly manner. Patching my 18″ rim cost $ 26 flat. Really great service and has the motive to get customers in the lobby out asap. All four of my tires were also adjusted to the correct pressure. All my questions were answered and they know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!
Btw I went after 12ish so that’s also when they have their lunch break

— I had them fit new tires. They were very quick, very affordable, and very friendly. I’ve been to a few places in the city that made me wonder if I was getting ripped off, but these guys made me feel welcome and confident.
