I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about(well, there are only 2) but my experience with Daniel from Cobweb was truly abysmal. After calling them the first time, he said they’d be there in 20 minutes and quoted me a low rate of $ 35(+ mumble mumble on top), then came another call in 20 minutes asking for my address again. My fault for having a bad connection, but after about an hour an a half, he calls me and says they’ll be there in 5 minutes. At that point, I was freezing, hungry, and pissed so I put my foot down and said I’d call another locksmith. Dan promptly hung up on me without an apology. He mentioned that there was a misunderstanding and I apologized, but no service warrants 5 phone calls and an hour and a half wait. SUPER unprofessional and completely unreliable. Turns out this happens quite a bit with locksmiths– they quote you a low price(and you’re like, ok sweet! I’ll wait) and 3 hours later they come and tell you that on top of the $ 35 flat rate, they have to charge you more for x, y, z until the bill comes out to be much much more(apparently upwards to $ 400). This is just what I’ve heard, so don’t quote me– but be careful if locksmiths aren’t given you a flat rate. Chances are, it’ll be closer to $ 100+.

Issa, our locksmith arrived exactly when he said he would, and was able to open our apartment door within minutes. He was friendly and professional, and charged what he quoted on the phone(always a plus with locksmiths!) He even adjusted our lock so that it wouldn’t cause us problems in the future.

I couldn’t imagine having better service from a locksmith service! Daniel was lovely and responded immediately to my call, and it was very affordable. I hope that I will never have the need to have my car re-keyed again but if I do I know who I will call!
