Clay Park Tower

Update: Even though the apartment was dirty when we moved in and perfectly cleaned when we moved out, we were charged a $ 190 cleaning fee because they claimed to have had cleaners for 2 hours after we moved. There’s literally nothing the cleaners could have done to make it cleaner unless they decided to clean the inside of the air vents… and even then, we were only responsible for 2 months of that dust.

I just wanted to add an update as the management for this building changed, it got better! It’s always so clean & maintenance is attended to so promptly. Thank you Dontea!

YESTERDAY as 05÷30÷3012 between 11 AM to 3 PM I parked my new bicycle with a huge lock in front of the Clay Park Tower Office some how that there is a direct view toward the bike, some how someone brake the lock with a big pliers (there is no way could someone get threw that lock without a BIG Plier)
I was waiting in the tower crying for 3 hours, there was no manager there for 3 hours to help or give me a service or at list call a cop.
TODAY as 05/​31/​2013 between 5 PM to 7 PM I was visiting my grand father and a fat blond short hair lady which she was disable and she didn’t have a left hand as a Manager of Clay Park Tower stopped me from getting into the tower, I had been already called my grandfather and informing him to get into the door, I have been get into the tower more than 100 times before
anyways she stop me to get in and when i call my grandfather again and when he open the door for me she stop me and doesn’t let me to get in to the, why? becauseI already told her that I called my grandfather and I have been coming here for 5 years but she say I should see you dialing again.

I am student and working as a home care for disable people and I don’t have any problem but this FAT ONE HAND OLD LADY which she is a manager thinks she has a priority to choose what what people do
She is as a manager ISNT a responsible person for the people living in that place to watch who comes with a PILER and still residence stuff but she stop innocent people like me and when they prove that they allowed to get into the tower she doesn’t let them to get into the tower
But guess what she never gonna have a power after 7PM when people get into the tower
SHE is just a disparate psycho with a nodal root that is not qualified for this job.

If you want to deal with a big corporation many layers removed from the basic customer and their needs then Clay Park Towers is for you. Geeta is a corporate machine with only sales in mind. Honor and honesty are meaningless to her if they don’t lead to profit and thereby put her in the good graces of her boss. You will see what I mean. These 5 star reviews are manufactured by the conglomerate that owns Clay Park Towers. There is no question in my mind. The lobby is cold and unfriendly and that is enough to tell you what service is like after you sign on the line. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The stress it will cause you isn’t worth it. If you think it isn’t overpriced just go on Craigslist and see the market will bare. Geeta is a wretched human being motivated by greed but not serving the customer.

This is as good as it gets as far as San Francisco rental is concerned! After looking at tons (literally 15 or so) buildings in the area I settled for Clay Park Towers thanks to the overall appeal and some excellent service by the property manager Geeta. While inquires at other places (via email or phone) don’t get returned for days, Geeta was prompt and sent me all the building details alongwith detailed descriptions and pictures of the available units (i.e. if you are lucky with the availabilities). Being familiar with the Pacific Heights area I did not even hesitate once to sign up for a unit via email & phone once I had looked at the pictures (like I said — as good as it gets). Geeta helped me complete all the lease agreements, credit checks, etc online itself and the rent payment was flawless through
(yes you can use a credit card too!). This is my second year in SF after living in Manhattan for four years — and all I can say is that the right blend of amenities offered & some outstanding service by the property manager made the Clay Park Towers experience even better than some of the A+ luxury units I have lived in back in NYC. My time in the building was great as well — repair requests were addressed in less than 24 hours thanks to Geeta & Mac (the service manager). The units themselves are at par with the Hilton suites as far as quality is concerned (and 20 – 30 percent cheaper too). In a time when even official building valets don’t service you properly — the staff (Geeta & co.) at 1890 Clay is so kind that they don’t even mind helping you call a taxi or arrange for quarters for laundry in case of an emergency — small things but go a long way! 5stars. I am recommending it to my bank HR as a future corporate accommodation option for our staff. Keep up the good service guys!

Clay Park Towers at 1890 Clay is owned by Trinity Properties. I lived in a furnished apartment for about 6 months and found it to be turn key and very nice. The apartment was renovated to current standards and very comfortable. The building is always clean and well-​maintained. Geeta, the property manager, is super responsive, compassionate, timely, and trustworthy. I would recommend this building. The only things I can suggest is perhaps replacing the windows so that they are a bit more sound proof and to replace the elevators. Other than that, Geeta does a great job at running a nice buidling.

I’ve been living in CitiSuites at Clay Park Towers for about 3 weeks now. I have no complaints, everything in our suite seems is brand new. We had only one issue with the shower and it was fixed for us immediately.
I’ve been thoroughly impressed with Mona who is the building manager here. She made us feel right at home and loves our dog too.
There’s not much of a view from the 4^th floor, but there are new stainless steel appliances, two flat screen TVs and it’s relatively quiet. (You can hear the street below.)
I’ve been extremely happy — and house keeping once a week is nice too.
