I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah and his team for a few months now and I’m so pleased I found them! The staff is very friendly and Dr. Shah is attentive, very knowledgeable, and is astute at diagnosing problem areas. Dr. Shah takes a proactive approach and provided me a number of self-​maintenance recommendations I can do at home. I highly recommend Chiro-​Medical Group’s Express location!

After several days of dealing with pain in my shoulder, I decided to go to a chiropractor for the first time. I set up an appointment with Dr. Shah, and I could tell during the session that I was going to find relief and a path to wellness with the expertise I was being treated with. Using a combination of techniques and a few scheduled visits, I was feeling back to normal very soon. I participate in a variety of physical activities, so even though my initial complaint is fixed, I continue to see Dr. Shah on a regular basis to help fix the injuries that I deal with during my training. I’m really glad I found Dr. Shah and Chiro-​Medical Group!

Rain = accident. One of our colleagues just dislocated her finger on a slippery floor. Her finger immediately started swelling and she was in excruciating pain. We work in the Embarcadero One so I thought of taking her to Medical One Center for urgent care. I’ll write another review about what happened there, suffice to say that our experience was disappointing and less than human. Anyhow, suddenly I think of the Chiropractor next to our office. We walked in. By now my colleague is crying and her finger is even more swollen. Supreet Shah was in the reception and he immediately attended my friend. He was very gentle and attentive. He put the finger back in place and comforted her. He advised her to seek additional care and X-​rays from her general practitioner but thanks to his humanity my friend’s pain was alleviated and she will be able to take a plane tomorrow and visit her family. When we asked how much we owed, he refused to take any money. Yes, this happened in the USA. I am impressed.

This review is for Dr. Shah and the front desk team — they are simply the best out there. Going to any sort of doctor has never been a comfortable experience for me, prior to coming to see Dr. Shah.
First of all, this express location is awesome — very convenient for those in SF’s Financial District. Initially I was making the (relatively short) trek to the 1^st Street location, which wasn’t too terrible but I much prefer the layout and convenience of the Embarcadero location.
To start, John and Nicole are always so pleasant and accommodating. They have great sense of urgency and are engaging in their patient interaction, making the overall experience that much more enjoyable.
Dr. Shah is the third chiropractor I’ve been to and I’m hoping is the last — unless he relocates which would be disappointing for FiDi! I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for almost a year now (this review is LONG overdue) and from his professionalism to his practice, he’s been very consistent through and through! He has always been swift to diagnose my back issues, which makes me confident to continually come back, even just for preventative care visits. When I leave a visit with Dr. Shah, I know that I’m leaving with the proper knowledge and appropriate exercises to better my condition — he knows what he’s doing! Another great quality is that I never feel rushed! I personally, as I’m sure many do, dislike it when I’m being rushed through an appointment. Dr. Shah certainly gives his time and full attention; I’m most appreciative (especially since I’m paying for it, ha).
Overall I would definitely recommend anyone in need of a chiropractor to give Dr. Shah and the team a visit before he books up!

I have been seeing Dr. Shah and I must say I was skeptical in the beginning (bad experiences with other chiropractors), but I am now convinced and I see clear benefits. I have had a long standing posture problem causing upper neck problems (compressed c5/​c6 disk) with pinched nerves and neck muscle problems to follow. Dr. Shah is great to work with as he really listens and tailors your treatment, so it is a mix of classic chiropractic and physical therapy guidance. I definitely would recommend seeing Dr. Shah for anyone that wants to improve on the general health, but especially if you have a more serious issue.

I was thoroughly pleased with my visit to Chiro-​Medical. After suffering from continuous back problems from a lifetime of poor health, I was happy to find relief at the hands of Dr. Shah. His friendly demeanor and technical expertise provided me with a long overdue respite from constant pain. While treating me, Dr. Shah put any anxiety to rest with his patience and calm attitude. He answered my (very) numerous questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable before continuing treatment. Chiro-​Medical and Dr. Shah have earned a lifelong patient in me.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for a few months now. He’s been great in helping with my hip alignment issue. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is wonderful as well. I love that it’s express so I can come here on my lunch breaks and be out in time to return for work. I had a flare up in my back and I didn’t have an appt. I called and spoke with John and he was able to squeeze me within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this office for your chiro treatment. They also have PT as well which is awesome.

I’ve seen a lot of Chiropractors over the years and Dr. Shah is one of the best! He is very thorough and I’ve never felt rushed. He always gets me fixed up and feeling better in a jiffy. My only complaint is that they used to do a «warm up massage» for free. Would love for that to come back! :)

I went to this place twice in June and keep getting invoices saying I owe more money (It is now October). Included in these charges was a $ 10.00 fee for ice. Seriously?! I got charged for having an ice pack on my back for 10 minutes. The least they could’ve done is give me the ice pack since I paid $ 10.00. The new billing system is terrible!

Dr Shah is the best! I came to the office because I had severe upper back and neck pains and limited mobility turning my head. Dr Shah carefully listened to my issues and gave me the proper adjustments to get me moving again. He is easy to talk to and someone cracking your bones can be scary but he put me at ease. He also taught me simple exercises that I can easily incorporate to my daily schedule.
Another kudos – John and Nicole at the front desk are both always super cheerful and helpful. All around great practice and highly recommend.

Originally had to come in b/​c of a stiff neck and on-​and-​off pain around my right traps.
It was my first time trying chiro, so I was skeptical at first, but after a little more than 4 sessions with Dr. Shah now, I have not felt better before.
Dr. Shah was quick to diagnose the problem and used a variety of techniques and tools (progressively) to help me regain my range of motion, relieve pain, and strengthen the areas that caused the problem (s) in the first place.
Dr. Shah listens carefully to my concerns, keeps close track of my progress on his tablet, and follows-​up appropriately with the right combination of chiropractic adjustments, stim machine, and the exercises.
I was especially blown away by the impact that Dr. Shah’s simple exercises/​techniques have had on my recovery, most notably the lacrosse ball and foam rolling exercises that have since become my go-​to exercises when pain creeps back up.
John and Nicole at the front desk deserve huge cudos as well — they were very easy to communicate with when it came to insurance coverage and scheduling and were always courteous on and off the phone. John also happens to be GREAT at what felt like a gentle shiatsu massage. Sometimes he’d do that to get me warmed up before an appointment — that was a real treat.
I enjoy going here and it has truly helped me recover. Best of all, it’s taught me a lot of things I can do outside the visit that has helped me maintain the improvements I’ve made.

This review is for Dr. Shah, John, and the DRX decompression table. A few months ago, I herniated a disc in my cervical spine (C5/​6). I was bedridden for about two weeks due to nerve compression, extreme pain, numbness in my forearm and thumb, and weakness in my entire right arm – I could hardly hold my head up or pick up heavy things and I was taking narcotic pain meds around the clock.
After getting an MRI and epidural steroid injection (at another medical facility), I had enough range of motion and decreased pain to start getting adjustments to my neck and decompression therapy. I found Chiro-​Medical Express which is conveniently located next to my office. Here we are, about 8 weeks later and 9 visits in and I am 100% pain free, able to do just about everything I was doing before my herniated disc, I have no numbness in my thumb/​arm, and my strength has significantly increased.
Dr. Shah spends a lot of time with me. He does very precise and simple (but highly effective) adjustments. And he teaches me exercises, stretches, and ball-​massages that are supposed to help me long-​term. He seems to really care about me getting better.
John, the technician at Chiro-​Medical express, is also very knowledgeable of the tools and equipment they use (the DRX and cold-​laser) and, in general, he’s just a pleasure to be around.
I know that going to a chiro office is not necessarily supposed to be a relaxing experience, but I look forward to every appointment, as it’s my time to loosen up, listen to music, interact with great people, and get my neck stretched out!

I’ve been going to Executive Express Chiro for years now. It’s really conveniently located by my work, and making appointments is a breeze. Been through several chiropractors at this location now, and I’ve enjoyed working with them all! They are friendly and professional, and most importantly, keep my body working the way it’s supposed to. My favorite part of my appointments is the warm-​up, which is basically a mini-​massage. I wish I could go in just for a warm-​up in between visits. haha
Dr. Supreet Shah took over this office a couple months ago and instantly impressed me by being the first to recommend taking an X-​ray on my neck. He was able to identify an underlying cause for my chronic neck and shoulder pains, explain to me what wasn’t working, and scare me enough (in the nicest way possible) to actually do the assigned stretches and exercises between visits.

Long flights can really do a number on your neck. I know when my necks feels wrenched and my head starts feeling heavy it’s time for a chiropractic adjustment. I was on a short visit from the Midwest and came upon Chiro-​Medical Express. They have a very professional staff and office. Dr. Supreet Shah was able to find the source of the dysfunction in my neck and correct it in a matter of minutes. My head felt ten pounds lighter and more balanced! He also gave me stretches and exercises to help keep the muscles loose. I know my first stop on my next visit will be Chiro-​Medical Express. Thank you Dr. Shah!

I’ve been going to Chiro-​Medical for about 2 years and recently made the move with Dr. Shah over to their new express location. I must say he’s a bonafide, 100% certified class act and all around great guy. Add to that John and Nicole up front brightening days and making flowers bloom, and how could you go wrong?
I plan to be a long time patient here so do yourself a favor and bless your bodily temple with an adjustment. And remember, they work on more than just your back!

I walked into the Chiro-​Medical office a couple of weeks ago, in pain, with a stiff back and unable to fully move my neck. I hesitated to visit a chiropractor because I thought I could simply de-​stress with hopes that my back pain would follow suit. My back needed special attention.
Dr. Nick was great. He answered all my questions, assessed my back and literally fixed my body. I didn’t realize how bad my back was until after my first appointment. I had been dealing with the pain and stiffness for so long it felt normal. Today, I feel like a new me! The pain and stiffness in my neck, shoulders and back are gone.
I’ve been back a few times and at each visit, I get the same wonderful treatment. The entire staff are very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Nick and his staff.

I just had my first visit an hour ago with Dr. Nicholas Grant, and I have to say I am very, very pleased with his service and execution.
John was very friend and greeted me very well — assisted with warming up, which was a first time for me and amazing to have.
I have lower left back pain from sitting too much at work and my weekly ~3mi run on treadmill for health I hope would be easy on my body. However, the pains that hinder me even moving around or easily getting out of bed. After he cracked my lower back, the strain isn’t there so much anymore. I am satisfied.
Also, I have a strain my upper right neck pain from sleeping. He cracked my neck and advised me properly
I am definitely going back.

I was looking for a chiropractic office that had a DRX (spinal decompression) machine that could help me with bulging disc (s) issue. I emailed the office and got a response immediately. They set up an appointment for an initial consultation and I was on my way. I was familiar with the spinal decompression because a family member had gone through treatment and it helped immensely, so after trying so many other treatments I finally decided I’d do something about being in pain for over a year.
Is it cheap? No. But for me the price of health and a pain free life was worth the money. is it a quick fix? No. I have been receiving treatment for about 10 weeks and am just now starting to feel almost normal again. Together with aerobic exercise (biking) and yoga to create and strengthen my non-​existent core I feel I am on my way to the life of pain free activities. Is it for everyone? No. And they were completely honest with me in our first meeting. Dr Grant explained what would be happening for the first few weeks and was completely honest about how slowly the improvement might be.
I have always found the entire staff very professional and straightforward, which for me in any doctor’s office is extremely important. Each time I come into the office for my appointment I’m immediately greeted warmly, and every consultation with the doctor is met with 100% interest in how I’m feeling and how my treatment is going.
I won’t lie, I’m entirely impatient when it comes to injury recovery. In the first couple of treatments I thought «what the hell? Sometimes this achy-​ness never goes away!» but slowly over the past 10 weeks my body has started to recover and I can definitely measure the improvements in my mobility and flexibility.
In doubt? Go visit them yourself. See if it can help. I’m mean if it’s not for you then at least you can make that decision based on the information they give you personally about your injury and how they can help (or not help, which they will tell you too).
