The workers here are always friendly. To those who complain about small portions, besides the meats, I would suggest to ask politely for extra. This is my fave location bc they always seem to get the chicken perfectly cooked.

Forgetting my wife had told me that chipotle had an E. coli scare and not to go there, I went there. I was surprised to see no line as almost every time I’ve ever been to chipotle there is a huge one but in hindsight it all makes sense. Anyway I considered myself lucky, so I order my burrito bowl with extra chicken as I had just gotten out of the gym. Food tasted good, I was happy. Until I got to work and had massive diarrhea. Although it was nice to lose a few pounds so quickly I knew it was just water weight. I want to go back but I don’t want diarrhea. Maybe when I’m a few pounds away from my goal weight.

Damn, I’m not sure what all this hate is about. I’ve always had a normal experience at this particular Chipotle location. On that note, normal = 3 stars because nothing stood out either way. + SERVICE: College student run, college student frequented. That being said, the service has always been pretty nice. No one’s ever been rude but I also can’t blame anyone for not really caring too much about their job at a fast food restaurant(if this can be considered fast food). + FOOD: Again, pretty typical of most Chipotles. My usual order is Carne Asada or Chicken Burrito with extra black beans, extra brown rice, extra lettuce, cheese, sour cream, tomato salsa and hot salsa for around ~$ 7.00. + SERVESBEER: I do enjoy beer. + LOCATION: Connected to Stonestown Galleria and right off of the M Line. Boo yeahhhh. Bottom line, this Chipotle is just like any other Chipotle with the exception of the influx of college students. I ain’t mad at it.

Not so good. My steak burrito was so dry and their guacamole was too expensive. Same thing with the tacos we ordered.

First time here and it gave both my girlfriend and I diarrhea. Also, they didn’t even give us a full scoop of meat. Will never come back. The Lakeshore plaza location is way better.

Chipotle is chipotle. Whoever is managing this place is not doing it up to par. The burrito rollers, although nice, were too few and not trained well enough. Huge rice portions, small meat portions. There were several employees in the back having a really good time while we waited longer than usual. Food tastes just fine, but slow and unattentive.

$ 15 for burrito and a soda. Can you believe it?! What a RIPOFF!!! I thought for the price this was gonna be something special. Nope. Tasteless $ 5 steak burrito for$ 12! No juice, no flavor, massively over cooked tasteless steak and no hot peppers in a Mexican restaurant! $ 2.25 extra for a $ 1.00 addition of guacamole. Next time I’ll save half the price, leave the mall and eat at a local spot! Go ELSEWHERE, anywhere!

The portions are slowly decreasing and items are unevenly distributed throughout my steak bowl tonight. I had a decent scoop of salsa and corn but only like 10 strands of lettuce! The staff knew I would request more lettuce since I asked for more rice in the beginning so they quickly sealed my bowl and slide it towards the cashier. I’m from Fremont and the staff there are not as stingy. I never understand why the Chipotle staff at San Francisco are like this. I’ve been to the San Francisco Centre location and the one near Union Square. The rice portions are so small it’s ridiculous.

Favorite! Favorite! Most favorite place! I love their grilled chicken and corn salsa here. Carnitas is a bit sweet for me but other than that you can’t go wrong. They offer a simple menu tacos, burritos, burrito bowl(burrito w/out tortilla in a bowl) and salads. Vegetarians can also find something to eat here– having veggies and tofu options. Great place to grab a quick bite, family friendly and trendy spot for the younger crews. Must check it out! I have it at least once a week LOL #guilty

They have gotten kinda crappy. I’m use to the fees smiles, great service and well stocked with all the fixings. They’re always out of rice, lemon slices, corn and sometimes other stuff. You would think if you keep seeing that you’re running out of things to order more but they just don’t get it. Today I went in and the girl said no more brown rice. I said are you guys making some and she said no more today. Then the other girl comes out and says that they have more. Smh

Can add anything to your meal. So have them pipe on the rice, beans, and salsa. Get a double wrap for your burrito.

Chipotle is now my favorite go to restaurant for burrito bowls and tacos. I came in right after my workout at the gym. There was no line when I entered which is a good thing. I ordered a chicken taco with chicken, cheese and lettuce on soft tortillas. The tacos are delicious and I enjoyed it. Also, I like that their food is freshly prepared and this is also something that keeps me coming for lunch. Overall, good first experience here! I want to give this chipotle 5 stars for their amazing staff. I really like their staff because they are personable. But where they fall short is the consistency in food and attention to detail. I can see why it’s hard because you have about 4 people making your food. However, they forgot to put lettuce in my meal. I ordered multiple of bowls so I couldn’t see them make all of it because it kept sliding down the line. When I got home, I noticed and got sad. A few were good in portion and the others were extremely skimp. Sigh. Not sure if I want to come back to this particular location. :(

Ill start off by saying the staff in general is great. They are always friendly and have a smile on their face. The food however is very inconsistent. The meat some days is great and other days looks like its been sitting out all day. The portions are also extremely in consistent. There are days where they skimp on all of the toppings and you have to ask for more consistently and others that have it down. Also when there is a line expect half the normal portion size.

We went to Chipotle for the first time for dinner and it was okay. I had a carnitas quesadilla which was pretty good with lots of cheese. I was disappointed that they did not have any genuine Mexican hot sauces, just Tabasco sauce which isn’t good with Mexican food. My partner had a carne asada burrito and was happy with that. Chipotle does its best but it’s nowhere as good as a genuine Mexican restaurant.

This chipotle is not better or worse than all others. I got chicken salad bowl for $ 7.56 and was very happy with it. The stuff was attentive and served a decent amount of each taping. Parking is available and there is an outdoor seating

I love Chipotle; it is pretty much a to-go-to joint after a good workout. I’ve been to many Chipotles and this place is pretty much standard. The staff members here work extra fast and have a great sense of humor. From time to time, they like to make small talk. I always order the steak or chicken burrito bowl. I agree with most of the reviewers that they do skimp out on food portions. In most cases, I usually call them out on this. I would avoid getting the chips here; the past few times I had it, it was starting to turn stale. As far as tables goes, there are plenty of seating inside and outside. Overall, it’s located at a great location and like any other chains, you can’t expect tooooo much from them.

I can’t believe people are coming in here badmouthing my family like this! . Everybody at Chipotle Stonestown are like the little brothers and sisters I’ve always wanted… mainly because they give me fresh burrito bowls and chips in exchange for currency. I usually get double steak on the bowls and have never had a problem with their quality. The location is always busy so there’s never food sitting out and it’s definitely one of the healthiest options in the Stonestown area besides going to Trader Joe’s and staring at Kale. I’m not sure what people expect when they go to Chipotle, but the laid back, chill and friendly vibe everyone gives off at this location is exactly why I go here at the end of the day. Keep it up fam!
