Answered an online ad, sent the resume as usual, and was put in contact with Kitty. VERY quickly I was in an interview with an excellent firm and confidence is high on all sides that I will walk right into a full time permanent gig!

It’s a bit tough finding a job when you move to a big city like San Francisco. But thank goodness for Renee! She is undoubtedly one of the best people I have met in a while.
The process begins with an in person interview but Renee makes you feel so comfortable. She hears you out as to what you are interested in and what you are not. She also sets your wages at a very fair rate. I got so lucky and she was able to set me up with a well paying job within the 3 days of meeting her. After my assignment ended she promptly set me up with 2 more interviews!
Apply online but follow up with an email. And be patient. It’ll be worth it! Good luck!

What can I say? I gave thanks to Renee Corvino this Thanksgiving for being such a wonderful, diligent, straightforward, hardworking and kind individual. I’ve had multiple agencies contact me multiple times without anything panning out, but with Renee, the first potential lead happened to be a great fit for me; the temp workers most ideal scenario.

Twice now they have gotten me fairly long term, well-​paying administrative assignments. I had to go on a few bad interviews too, but if you’re willing to stick it out, they’re wonderful and much less shady than other agencies. Renee is a sweet and extremely kind person.

I dropped in last year to meet Renee and go over my resume, and I left feeling very confident and excited as she had helped me restructure my resume and add a few quirky notes. After I took her notes and redid my cv, I had interviews left and right. I was hearing comments such as, «you’re resume really stood out», etc. I landed a position and moved out of retail within two months of meeting Renee. The position I did find was on my own, though, none the less she really did help me in the end.
I recently went back to Renee with hopes to move forward as it has been over a year. Seeing her again was like visiting a dear friend. It’s a relaxed environment and she’s just down right cool to chat with about anything! It’s rare to find such personable and caring people such as her. I highly recommend a visit for anyone!

This economy sux!!! I don’t think anyone would argue with me. I’ve been out of work for over four years. I found Certified Employment Group on a fluke. Well, actually they found me through CL. Well, talk about kismet! I’ve been so happy with the placements I’ve been assigned too. They have been few and far between because of this lousy economy. Renee C. is GREAT!!! Making a career change is never easy, but Renee made the transition amazing. Going from working as a case manager in the nonprofit sector to working in the recruiting business seemed daunting. I went to many other recruitment agencies and they were for the most part very discouraging, however this was not the case here. I was always kept in the loop with new opportunities and Renee was very upfront and honest about if the job would be a good fit for my career transition. My employment background is a mix of administrative and technical; in this job market that means its very difficult to find a job because I’m not strictly one or the other. Renee not only understood my predicament but was able to place me in a position that utilized all of my job skills.
After being interviewed at numerous placement agencies, which incidentally have high turnover rates, my contact at Certified has remained constant. I interviewed with her in February and after I felt like I should be applying at McDonald’s for the lack of jobs out there, I got a surprise email in May. Not only was I happy that she remembered me but she had found a position for me at a fantastic company.
A one week assignment has turned into a 6 month contract with the possibility for a permanent position. Unlike with other agencies who tend to forget about you, I have had continuous communication with Renee and I was even able to negotiate a raise. 5 stars for Certified!

I moved to SF with my girlfriend about a month ago after graduating college at the University of Florida. As sometimes happens, I found myself unemployed after my last employer eliminated my position after restructuring. I started sending out resumes and contacted several staffing agencies in San Francisco. I interviewed at 3 different agencies including Certified. While the other two agencies left me feeling underwhelmed, Renee at Certified made me feel motivated and optimistic.
A few days after I met with Renee, she called and had scheduled an interview for me. I was stunned and excited at how quickly she had a potential position for me. Two weeks after I had first met with Renee, I had already started temping with the company I had interviewed with! Not only am I grateful at how quickly she found me a position, but the company she placed me with was everything I was looking for (positive, friendly, with room for growth). After a month of temping, I was informed that they wanted to offer me a permanent position with the company!
I would say the main difference between Certified and other staffing agencies is that Renee genuinely cares about the people she places and the companies she places them with. She even dropped off cookies to my boss and I, just because. All in all I simply cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Certified. I highly recommend their services!

I really enjoyed working for Certified Employment. I was so impressed with their professionalism but also their very friendly manner. In particular Linda Siragusa and Joseph Long. They really made my work life less stressful by providing great assignments.
