Caudle Immigration was established by Randall Caudle to help individuals, couples & families with the complicated and ever changing world of immigration law & policy.

Randall has been practicing immigration law for over 20 years.
Randall is an active member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), currently serving a 2-year term as the AILA National Law Students Outreach Committee Chair and previously serving as a chapter president twice and serving on the AILA National Board of Governors twice.
Randall is a law professor, having taught immigration law at Golden Gate School of Law in San Francisco & having taught paralegals at U.C. Berkeley.
Randall has successfully represented 100s of couples in their marriage to U.S. Citizen green card (U.S. legal permanent residence) cases and K-1 finance (e) visa cases.
Randall is a recognized national I-751 petition to remove conditional residence expert, as he was the national I-751 liaison between AILA attorneys & USCIS for 2 years.
Randall also represents professional athletes with their immigration issues.
