I am not a Unilocaler but this is a good way of saying thank you to Dr. Daligues. I’ve been wanting to fix my front teeth for years but never really had the chance or courage to do so. She was the first dentist to actually spend a lot of time with me discussing the procedure as well as alternate treatment plan. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I went back for the procedure and the team work was very impressive. It was painless and comfortable. I was very happy with the result now that I can smile with confidence. It was really a life changing procedure for me. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! And another thing, her office is very clean and tastefully done.

Doctor Daligues has never even answered my multiple voice messages. That’s rude!

Dr. Daligues is a pro, and very easy/​comfortable to have working in your mouth. I’ve been her patient for over 10 ears. She has never tried to «upsell» me for services I didn’t need, while several other dentists and periodontists I’ve experienced seem to do that as a rule. She really knows me and cares about my oral health. I have no hesitation recommending her.

DO NOT GO to this Dentist, very poor practice and she does not know what she is doing, I went for a cap on my teeth she could not stop bleeding while she was putting cap on my teeth and once some how she stopped bleeding her assistance was not ready with the cap, making her pissed off and the end result was that I have a gap between between my gums and cap I came to know as they were discussing in front of me in Philipino language not knowing I know lil bit of Tagalog
The worst part was she was not even sorry about it and staring came to a conclusion that the cap will not last long and I will have to get it replace BAD BAD EXPERIENCE I will never go to her back again.

I have never really been nervous to go to the dentist (because I’m a big brave man), but I will admit that this is one of the most comfortable dentist’s offices I have ever been in. The staff is very warm and kind, and Dr. Daligues has always given me her full care and attention. Every part of the process — from appointment making to procedures and billing — was completely explained, simple and straightforward.
I went in for an exam and they told me it’s best for me to get a «deep cleaning.» I had never had one before, and do take fairly good care of my teeth, but after seeing the images they took I could see a lot of places I was missing over the years that needed some attention. They explained what they would do and how much it would cost with the coverage I have — nothing surprising or hidden at all.
During the procedure they always checked in with me to make sure I was okay and wasn’t feeling any pain — which I greatly appreciated. Aside from a little sting of the anesthetic needle, I never felt pain during or after the process. My gums were barely even sore after the anesthetic wore off — to me thats a sign of a job well done, and a job done with care and skill. I have now had both sides of my mouth done and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Dr Daligues changed my life. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, and because of that my oral health suffered a bit. Then I found Dr Daligues. I have been going to her since 2001, if I remember correctly. I have not EVER had a bad experience here. Quite the contrary, I look forward to seeing her and her staff. Amy at the front desk is always an sbsolute sweetheart, she always calls me with reminders, they are good about staying on top of appointments, schedule changes and such. I have many kinds of procedures done and I can only say that I am 100% satisfied with everything she has done for me.
Every procedure I have gone through was thoroughly explained before allowing me to make a choice, during the procedure she always gives me a heads up of what is about to happen, she always checks whether I’m comfortable, and the expected results are always discussed with me too.
I am extremely happy with my smile now, with my oral health, and with how she helped me understand how to care for my teeth and gums. My family and coworkers are going to her too now (and also love her and the staff). You can not go wrong by choosing her. I am on the final stages with Invisalign, which under her supervision, turned out to great results.
She has made me a very happy man!
PS: I haven’t forgotten how fantastic her assistant is, but right this minute I can’t recall her first name.

I chose Dr Daligues randomly from my BlueShied book based on her proximity to my apartment. Every time I see a dentist I end up with a couple of needles in my mouth, so its always been a bad experience. So when I went to see Dr. Daligues (emergency of course), sure enough, it was sort of an emergency, and I was gonna require the needle again.
Dr. Daligues is the first dentist who actually allows the novocaine to completely take effect before starting work. Even when it requires 3 cartridges (which I usually do).
And when shes actually administering the shot, she barely sticks the skin, shoots a little in, lets it numb the skin, then goes in a little further, shoots some in, lets it numb the area, and so on, until the needle is all the way in and she finishes the injection. She doesn’t jam the thing all the way in on the first try. She takes the time to make it less painful. This is HUGE for me. I don’t like (as most people) a needle in my mouth. I’ve been to nightmarish places like Western Dental and had needles jammed down into my gums.
Dr. Daligues, her receptionist and her staff are very friendly, to the point, professional, and efficient. They also take very clear pictures (and x-​rays) of all of your teeth and show you the teeth with problems. Other dentists will show you x-​rays only, which usually shows some nice shadowy ghost-​like image, which is of no value to most patients. I had 2 teeth crumble one week. I needed 2 crowns immediately. I didn’t have the money for them, but she did the work and helped me get financed with CareOne to cover some of the cost. She also let me make a couple of payments over the next couple of weeks to pay it off.
Bottom line: I was in pain, she made it go away. The teeth look great. I have a friend who is experiencing a dental emergency and I’m taking him to see her tomorrow. I would definitely recommend Dr. Daligues, especially if getting injections is your main fear – she does a great job.

What can I say? I guess I’m just susceptible to having bad teeth. 6crowns, one extraction, one implant, multiple root canals and your ever so familiar, cavities.
Dr. Daligues, Lori, and Ami has been taking care of me for years! They are always patient, knowledgeable and gives me options.
I hope they don’t get annoyed with seeing me each week. I am ever so grateful for the hard work they do for me!

I had a GREAT experience! Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I filled out medical paper work intake form. I apparently overlooked a question and the secretary politely asked me to fill out that question. It was nice to see that the paper work is checked by 3 different people (secretary, dental assistant, and Dr. Daligues) to ensure accuracy. I am used to most medical providers not even looking at the medical chart and just winging it. The medical assistant (Lori) was really friendly and told me step by step what she would be doing to ensure my comfort. She has a great sense of humor, she gave me a really good laugh. Dr. Daligues also went over everything with me in detail and was super gentle with me. It’s refreshing to have such a friendly/​personable staff that show they cared about me and cleaned my teeth really well. My teeth feel and look very clean, shiny, and at least a shade whiter! :)

I had Dr. Daligues for like 7 years, and kept going to her even after changing jobs since she was still under the network coverage.
I stopped seeing her for about 2−3yrs now when my employer switched to a different coverage.
I’ll be honest, back then, I did have some doubts about her skills
But when my new dentist complimented on the work they did on my teeth (fillings), I figured, she’s good after all. Not super but good enough especially if she’s in your dental insurance network.
Her front desk staff is friendly, it’s fairly easy to make an appointment, not like wait for 3 months (ok maybe like a month back then and not for like the entire month somewhere in the summer because she’s out of the country or something like that and most of December).
She isn’t chatty at all, so I personally like that, just keep it business, talk about my teeth, that’s it.
However, the more I went to see her, the less I saw her because the assistants did most of the work, which was fine by me since it’s just all clean up work but I thought it was a bit odd after it kept happening. It was very hard to get one-​on-​one time with Dr. Daligues and discuss if there were any problem. She pretty much tells you what the problem is, if any, then tells you how you should resolve it. And speak to the front desk staff is you wanna know how much it’d cost you before moving forward with the recommended procedure. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out by a specialist recommended by this office, as well as minor gum issues (by Dr. Daligues), so I had definitely had gotten some major work done through and at this office and am content with all the work even now.
I do agree with one of the reviewers though, that sometimes when she’s drilling into my teeth, she nonchalantly chats with the assistants (in Tagalog I think? I remember that not understanding what they were talking about made me feel uneasy, especially with the drill in my asleep mouth.ugh.)
She does try to sell stuff once in a while but not in a pushy way, she’ll make a suggestion (recommends it) but won’t push it once you say you’ll think about it or totally not into it.
I’ve had a dentist in downtown long time ago who sold me a whitening kit with a customized teeth mold and everything (I was young and inexperienced then, what a waste of money! I’d go back to her only if she’s in my network though. Everyone’s experience is different. She’s not ‘super’ but she’s not bad either in my opinion. And now that I’ve tried other dentists’ after her, she does have one of the better, high-​tech equipment and they’re not just for shows, they’re worth it, seriously.

I can’t really figure out the negative reviews of this office. I’ve been going to this office for a while now, at least ten years and I was very surprised see some negative reviews. Dr. Daligues is a very thorough dentist and this office I would say is very professional. Through the years, she redid some of my fillings and never insisted on replacing them unless it is absolutely necessary. She did some of my crowns also and I am very satisfied with the overall result. As far I remember, I didn’t have any problems with my insurance fees because Amy always explains my benefits before Dr Daligues starts the actual work.
I actually like going to her office for my annual checkup which is twice a year. I feel relax and I find the staff very kind. The service is polite and the office is immaculately clean. I also like her new furniture, it looks very sleek.
I noticed too that she is into high tech stuff which I consider a plus to her office. Her small camera for the teeth is just amazing! I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

I came back after my Root Canal, and man, oh man!
Now I see where the other reviews get their expirience from! I went in after my root canal to get a fill-​in clean up and get fitted for my crown. She started going over my options and of course the couple of tooth options my insurance company covers, they don’t carry! They only carry a certain kind, it might be a better material, and I totally understand that concept of it. It was out of reach for my budget, but I am always willing to work something out to make it manageable for me. She started the fill in clean up, put a numb shot and had me wait for it to kick in. While I was waiting, Any came in to go over my options with me. I asked if I could work out a payment plan and she was really nice and up to it, but they mentioned after she took my first payment and ran my card that they wouldn’t start the process until I finished paying everything. Meaning, they wouldn’t even order it for me!!!
Mind you, there I was with half my mouth already numb and they told me that no work could get done today since I couldn’t pay it in full. She didn’t even want to do the fill-​in clean up even though it was covered by my insurance.
It doesn’t make ANY sense. You want to take my money, but can’t even get the process started, even though you have my money?!? If they didn’t want to do the procedure until I paid, that would be okay, but you would be holding onto my money and your telling me you can’t order the part which cost $ 700? Even if that monetary part was satisfied. After thinking this through when I got home, I went right back in the next week and got my deposit back. I went to see another provider that does great work and was really understanding of my situation and willingly worked out a payment plan for me. I’m lucky to have been smart enough to not trust this place.
Please be very aware of this place, their tactics are borderline unethical!!!

This was the worst dental experience of my life. Every time I went in, there was something wrong with my teeth. She recommended porcelain veneers every visit as a solution to my new found dental woes, which seems crazy to me. I went to another dentist who did actual x-​rays and told me the 2 cavities were actually just staining from coffee, then proceeded to clean them for free! Her staff are nice, but she tries to up sell you on everything, every time you are there. Be ware.

I came here for the first time for an exam. Dr. Dalingues has a lot of high tech equipment which may make it seem as though she is legit. She tested my gums and decided that it was imperative that I have a deep cleaning done… This would have run me $ 2000.00. I have had healthy gums and teeth my whole life, so I was a little shocked that my gums took such a downhill turn so quickly.
I paid out of pocket and saw a highly recommended dentist that was not in my insurance network. He did the exact same tests literally 3 days later and said that any dentist who would recommend a deep cleaning on my gums is absolutely nuts. He said that if I came to him and requested a deep cleaning he would flat out refuse to do it.
Beware of Dr. Dalingues. She may seem like the real deal because of her fancy equipment, but she’s out for your money.

I don’t want to be writing this review but it needs to be written after my experience with this dentist!
I recently moved to California and was assigned to this dentist through my insurance. I made the mistake of not reviewing her reviews before making an appointment to see her about wisdom tooth pain. Her office was closed for many days before being able to be seen because of an extended holiday break. When I went to her office, I waited for a half an hour. These were annoyances for sure but not anything that really got me that upset. What topped the cake was the fact that when I had my exam, she told me I had 5 cavities. I had never had one in my life and was confused how they could come about so quickly, when I had no pain and I had seen a dentist only 5 months ago and got a clean bill of health. I called my old dentist and he asked me to send him the x-​rays she took. He told me they were completely unreadable and there was no way he or she for that matter could diagnosis looking at just the x rays. I decided to fly home (across the country) to get a second opinion I could trust. After a very thorough exam, clear x-​rays, teeth cleaning and a lot of poking around he informed me I did not have one cavity! This woman was going to charge me a ton of money since my insurance was not going to cover the procedures that she told me I absolutely needed and was going to drill into my mouth unnecessarily!
I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about going to see Dr. Daligues to think otherwise and at the very least get a second opinion before letting her do any sort of work in your mouth!!!

I really don’t understand what people are complaining about in regards to her bedside manners. Maybe it is a cultural thing? I don’t know. Personally, I prefer someone that is straightforward and to the point when it comes to my medical and dental attention. I don’t need the chit-​chat. In terms of sloppiness, I haven’t experienced that with her either. She has always been been caring and sympathetic. The lady at the front desk is very sweet and understanding as well. The assistants rock too!
My only concern after reading reviews is whether I am getting unnecessary work. So… I will just go in for a second opinion! If anything outlandish surfaces, I will update :-)

I started going to Dr. Daligues about 5 years ago, and think the world of she and her staff!
She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and has a great chairside manner. She always thoroughly explains what work needs to be done, showing me xrays and outlining options. When working on my teeth, she and her sfaff are unfailingly sensitive to how I am reacting (I.e. keeping my throat clear, ensuring I am pain free, stopping to give me a breather if my mouth has been open a long time.) In my almost 50 years on this planet, she is the first dentist I’ve had who truly puts me at ease. I know I am in good hands.
Dr. Daligues’ staff is just as capable and on their game as their boss. Ami at the front desk always goes over exactly what my insurance does and does not cover, so there are no surprises.
Do yourself a favor, and go see Dr. Daligues!

Just visited this office today. I was a bit scared after reading the low-​starred reviews, but I decided to brave it out. I’m glad I did. Everyone was so friendly! Dr. Daligues was very kind and even took the time to ask details about my life (school, where I worked, where I’m from) to allow me to get comfortable with her before she started probing around in my mouth. Her assistant was very nice as well.
I was impressed that she actually took digital images of my teeth and showed me my problem areas. Wow, never seen my mouth that up close and personal before! I could even see the small indentions on the surfaces of my teeth from grinding them at night. This also allows her to watch over potential areas (because, lets face it, who can remember that small speck of decay in a person’s mouth you seen 6 months ago.). She gave me some suggestions and never pushed products or dental work. She even offered me samples of over-​the-​counter Sensodyne for my sensitive teeth.
Going to the dentist is never fun, but at least with Dr. Daligues, it can be a comfortable experience.

Dr. Daligues is great. I’ve been seeing her for almost 15 years and she always knows who I am, details about me that indicate that I’m not just another file, and she shows more than an interest in just cleaning my teeth and getting me out of the chair but actually is interested in who I am and what may be informing my dental issues of the moment.
Her staff are extremely friendly, highly reliable, and very knowledgeable.
I highly recommend Dr. Daligues, especially since she’s open on Saturdays!
