I specialize in a balanced approach to fitness conditioning utilizing whole body movements to bring out the best athlete in you. I utilize advanced assessment and muscular balancing techniques including Functional Movement Screen, Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), and Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex technique (P-DTR). Putting fitness on a strong foundation is a cornerstone of my training approach. I integrate TRX, kettlbells, pilates, boxing, yoga, strength training, and cadiovascular together for a well rounded workout.
