CABAM has a unique program elevating how bartending is learned to new heights. The curious get their feet wet in our Core program. those with more conviction can follow up with three distinct tracks specialized in teaching the unique styles and drinks specific to bar types.

Our three tracks include: Entertainment Venues, Dives & Cocktail Bars, and Restaurants.

Understanding these differences in style, attitude, and drink making are key to a credible program, and a bartender’s performance.

We harness the power of cutting edge technology. Every movement you make is tracked in class. Attached to each bottle is an accelerometer and gyroscope, which combined with our software, tracks more than a dozen unique data points — including how much you pour, what drinks you need help remembering, how many drinks you can make at one time.

History

Established in 2015.

An engineer and two veteran bartenders decided the nation is ready for a bartending school with merit. One of the partners has 7 years experience instructing professional bartenders, another worked his way up from dishwashing, barbacking, and is now one of the highest paid bartenders in San Francisco. And our engineer has 20 years experience in 3D programming, online architecture, and robotics A.I.
