Been coming here for about a year (they used to be in Westfield Mall) and it is a great place. I only get eyebrow shaping and I leave happy pretty much every time. You can’t really beat the price either. I recently realized I break out from the aloe gel they use, which is a bummer, but I can live without it.

She was Extremely gentle and did it so perfectly. One of the very few times I felt little pain during threading. Was surprised to find them here, never seen a threading salon on 4th street before. Would definitely visit again.

Such a terrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE. First of all my eyebrow lady did not speak English and continually kept touching my lip and making random noises to tell me to stretch my eyebrow. Second, she cut my upper lip and eyebrow multiple times AND she didn’t even get my eyebrow hair from the root. I could see that there were some where she just broke the hair just outside the root. Such a bad experience, these ladies are not trained. Do not come here.

Really awesome new waxing and threading place in the mission. Squashed between two subpar nail places (my fave around here is AT) this place really delivers. It’s new so not much frill but they have the essentials.
I’ve only done eyebrow threading here so I can’t speak to the other services but both times (with two different estheticians) has been more pleasant than most. Whomever doesn’t believe eyebrow threading at least kind of stings is wrong. It does. But they take every precaution to ensure your comfort beforehand and end with an aloe gel short massage. Also she obsessively used hand sanitizer, which I personally really appreciated.
Also super cheap since it’s starting out. Came on a holiday so 20% brought my eyebrow threading to $ 8. But $ 10 normally is a steal in SF, and it’s so convenient/​accessible!

I walked by the other day and saw this place that recently opened right by the Metreon on 4th. I made a mental note of it and stopped by last night as my eyebrows needed some definite loving. The lady that helped me was quick but detailed. She also listened and made sure not to go to crazy on my eyebrows because if you mess up, its kinda over. It was quick and this was only my second time. It didn’t hurt quite as much this time either but maybe because I knew what to expect.
The store itself is actually pretty big for what they do which is threading and henna tattoos but its very clean and simply decorated. They also ahve a stamp card of you get a free service after 5 visits. Pricing is in line with the rest of the areas. Will be back.
