I’d written a review a while back, and after some thought took it down.
Brent, Fiol and Pratt will get the job done. Our case was complex to say the least, we had personality clashes, and another party working with a different firm who happened to be in prison; so that made things a little more tiresome and troublesome.
In the end, the case was settled without going to trial, there were many stress filled, emotional days, I’m happy it’s over and I would recommend the firm to others.
Just know that if you have a complicated case, there will be days and nights that you question your choice, but, all that really matters is competent representation. If I recall correctly, we were their first Civil Rights case, and that is saying something.

I was involved in a pretty major auto accident involving an 18-​wheeler that resulted in injuries and totaled my vehicle. At the time of the accident, I was at a loss as to where to begin, as I’d never been through anything like this before. After talking to some friends about what happened, they said I really should look into talking with an attorney.
After speaking with a couple of attorneys, I was referred to Joseph Brent, by another attorney who knew of him. I was told he specialized in injuries such as those I endured, and that he was aggressive in his approach to resolving claims like mine.
After meeting up to speak with Joseph and his partner David Fiol, regarding the events leading up to the incident, the incident itself, and what happened thereafter, I felt comfortable in hiring them to represent me for my case.
As I said, I had no experience in situations of this nature before, so I didn’t know what to expect. And, though what’s obvious now; in that it ended up being the driver of the semi’s fault, it was quite involved at the time and off and on I had my doubts.
I was worried and had many questions during the duration of the litigation. David was excellent at putting much of my concerns at ease, as he was very responsive to questions I had about the process. Joseph’s approach to the defense was, in fact, aggressive, but I’m so glad it was, as they were being dirty and not playing fair.
(I’m not sure I’d have come out of this favorably, had I’d chosen any other attorney’s to work with who weren’t as aggressive or on top of things as he was.)
I’m glad I used them for my case and would refer them to anyone in a similar situation in a heartbeat. They are genuine and honest in their approach, pleasant to work with and handled my case (and the defense) in an extremely professional manner.
