Established in 2011.

We were founded to help lead the way on collaborative practices in the construction industry! We started the company to build a culture that embraces collaboration with the builders during design, aided by advanced computer modeling (BIM), to eliminate the usual change orders and animosity that other firms take as par for the course on building projects.

Business Owner

I’m an architect with a background in the construction phase of medical projects. I had a vision of building a company around the ideas of Integrated Project Delivery, a form of contracting for building projects that requires the builders and designers to cooperate as team members from the beginning of the project.

After deep research into Integrated Project Delivery, night classes in business, and plenty of soul-​searching, I struck out on my own to found a new architecture firm at a time when other business were folding left and right. I surrounded myself with great employees and advisers, and together we’d love the chance to show you how much better building projects really can be with a progressive approach.
