I am updating my review with this property. Bluxome Place is a great location with extras like a parking spot and washer/dryer. I had issues with how my security deposit was handled upon move out but fortunately we came to a resolution that worked for everyone. The ladies who do the day to day management are wonderful(- shout out to Danielle) and were always quick to respond with work orders, noisy neighbors or homeless folks(who were harmless) camping at the front door. It is close walking distance to WF and Safeway and all kinds of public transport are at the front door. It is expensive but the location cannot be beat if you work in FIDI. The client focussed, responsive building management team made living here a great experience.

If there is one thing I like, it’s trash and this building smells like it! They don’t call me «Coach Trash Pig» for nothing! I frequently come here to work with some clients at a small business who work here and I find the repellent smells emerging from the trash chutes quite delicious. Other folks don’t find the smell appealing, especially when combined with the significantly high rent, frequent screams of alarms from the Fire Department next door, and relative lack of action on the HOA’s part, but I don’t care. I love trash and I love this building

Very quiet luxury building with the perfect location for commuters and people who enjoy this neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants. Too many homeless can bring the vibe down a little. The only other downsides are the lack of a fitness room, and the rooftop decks are for the owners only. And the elevators are slightly unpredictable. I’ve been here almost a year. My only hope is my rent stays the same for another year — I’ve been happy, and the management company is responsive and nice.

Beautiful apartments in a great location in SOMA. I loved living here until they the homeowners association chased me away!

it’s awesome really close the 280/101/Caltrain but it’s pretty $$$$$. Managment sucked it up.
