My interest in real estate began while on a surf-​trip to Costa Rica in 2002. Seemed like a no-​brainer, buying cheap ocean view property within a day’s travel from the U.S. I bought an old farm, beautified the property – planting hundreds of plants and trees, built trails to waterfalls, and sub-​divided into 5 lots 4 of which are for sale. The other we sold, for more than what we originally purchased the entire farm for.

I have used Blake as our agent for two real estate purchases in San Francisco. In both instances, he was ale to knowledgeably guide us through the process while gleaning valuable insight from the selling agents.
Blake truly differentiates himself from other agents through his ability to learn and understand what type of property you are looking for and properly guide you to acquisition! That may be easy in other real estate markets but SF is a market of its own.
Throughout our purchases, I have met/​talked with Blake at all hours of the day, not just in the office on a weekday, but at 10pm on a Friday night, or 7am on a Sunday morning.
Blake has become a trusted advisor for all of our real estate questions and I definitely will be using him again!

If you are serious about purchasing a home in San Francisco I would call Pacific Union International and ask for Blake Pearson. I say this because he took a rather stressful activity and made it as seamless as possible. First and for most Blake is always available via phone, email, or text message which is important when buying a home. We looked for more than a year and not once did Blake tire of us. He was always accommodating to the many «requirements» we needed for our first home and conscientious when it came to our budget. Our experience was similar to the previous reviewer in that Blake always knew what type of buyers we were up against (all cash vs financing) and how the sellers would respond. He provided guidance on what makes a competitive offer in the cutthroat SF housing market as evidence by the 13 offers, 2 being all cash, that we were up against.
We have now been in our home for 10 months. Blake was always professional and a pleasure to work with. I recommend him without reservation and will not hesitate to use him the next time I want to buy/​sell my home.

This review is the result of a successful purchase of a home where Blake Pearson was my buyers agent. He was enthusiastic as we looked at house after house after house, until I finally found ‘my home’. With each viewing, Blake Pearson learned in greater detail what I was seeking, hence honing in on my needs vs. wants. This made a huge impact as we could pick up a week or two later and move forward with viewings, instead of having to refresh our search before moving forward.
I was most impressed by Blake Pearson’s total availability. Night or day, 5 calls or 100 texts, he was always on point. As a salesperson myself, I know that being ready 24⁄7 is a huge contributor to achieving the deal. I feel that I would not be in the home I now own, if not for the quickness of communication demonstrated by Blake Pearson.
Another key factor was Blake’s association with Pacific Union. When my deal reached a very specific point of legal uncertainty, I was great that Blake could call upon his manager and legal team to guide us through potentially rough waters generated by the seller. These resources were invaluable.
