Specialties
Our office is General Dentistry, so we do general care, for all ages, from children to seniors. We do cleanings and gum care, fillings and crowns and bridges, dentures and partial dentures, and cosmetics, veneers, bonding, bleaching. We do most types of care unless a specialist is required, and then we have an expert array of kind and responsive specialists we call upon and work with, regularly. We are known for humor, friendliness, integrity, a relaxed, casual and happy environment, where expert care is given by people who truly care about you and the work and relationships we provide. Best little dental office in the west! You’ll never find such committed care givers who are so accessible. It is like visiting friends every time you come, friends who know what they are doing, and will help you and care for you. Our dental hygienist is the best in San Francisco and is much sought after. Drs. Presley-Nelson and Fung are great. Evenings available, see website, www.healthytoothteam.com
History
Established in 1983.
We have been at this location for about 26 years. I graduated from University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 1982. I built the practice from scratch, while I taught dentistry all during the ‘80s at UOP. I started with one chair and then added on. My hygienist, Kathleen worked here as a high school student and then went on to become a hygienist and has been with me for over 20 years. She is the greatest! Before going to Dental School I practiced as a Dental Hygienist for a number of years. Dr. Fung came from Texas a number of years ago and has helped me offer evening hours. She is sweet and kind and competent. You can’t beat a team like this. Our assistants and office workers are competent and kind. A win/win practice.
