Established in 2009.

Who decides to open a recruiting firm when nobody is hiring? Gutsy 28-​year-​old Carolyn Betts when unemployment was at a 16-​year all-​time high. In 2009, Carolyn was convinced she could make a difference for startup organizations on a local level and opened shop in San Francisco. Founded in her own apartment, Betts has grown to have two locations and have partnerships with over 500 innovative companies. Carolyn found a niche and specialized in sales, marketing and business development positions for SaaS companies. In just three years, Carolyn managed to grow her business, Betts Recruiting into an industry thought-​leader. The company has placed over eight hundred candidates in just three years of business.

I have significant experience in recruiting and sales, and even more passion and excitement about helping companies find the best employees and assisting people to find «the perfect job».

I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Following graduation, I began a career in sales. In my first year as an Outside Sales professional in a high turnover industry, it became obvious to me how important it is to hire the right people. I began my career as a recruiter at a boutique firm in San Francisco and later joining Career​Builder​.com as a Sales Executive.

I have experience with companies of all sizes and in multiple industries, with advanced knowledge in the technology and online advertising worlds.

I am excited to leverage my years of experience to offer clients customized strategies to find the talent they are looking for and to assist job seekers in finding the job of their dreams.
