I have used Kenny for the past two years to do the mandatory backflow inspection on a condo building. I was late getting around to dealing with it this year, but Kenny was able to squeeze me in at very short notice and even do it on Saturday morning to accommodate my schedule. He is very professional, prompt, courteous and gets the job done with no fuss. He also deals with all the paperwork to make the process as painless as possible. I will definitely be calling him again for next year’s inspection. Highly recommended.

Ken was very flexible to schedule a backflow inspection. He was able to schedule a Sunday inspection due to our tight deadline. Additionally, he came and repaired our backflow preventer a few months later. Ken has shown that we are important to him and he is very responsive. He is working hard to earn our trust and he has earned it. I’m happy to say that I will continue to go with Ken for future backflow tests.

Thanks Unilocalers! Found Ken through Unilocal and he was great. Called him on a Friday and he was able to come by Saturday morning. Showed up on time, and was friendly, pleasant, and seemed to do a more thorough job of testing frankly than other back flow testers I’ve used. (The only one who even noticed that my serial number was apparently not matching the form but said he would help me get that noted back with the city). He also helped me tighten some screws on a door that was loose! Said he would send me the invoice and copy of the documentation by email later that day and sure enough he did. Really great experience, would go back to Ken next year. Great job!

Ken was super-​friendly, available, and responsive. AAA Backflow seems to only do testing Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, which didn’t meet my needs. Plus, Ken is cheaper!

After receiving yet another Backflow notification from the city, I was pressed for time to have someone come out and complete the test. I called Ken at 9am on a Friday morning, and he drove across town to complete the test by 5pm that evening. He was efficient and affordable! He also emailed me that evening with a copy of the report, and confirmed that he had submitted the paperwork to the city. I will be calling Ken in the future every time I receive one of those notices. Thank you Ken!!!

Excellent, friendly service on short notice at very fair pricing.
I slacked on backflow testing for my building and was in a bit of a bind to get it done quickly. They were extremely accommodating to my situation and sent somebody out next day (a Saturday, at no additional cost). They were friendly and easy to work with, making the whole process smooth and easy.
Anybody who’s hired contractors in san francisco knows this is… not normal.
Highly recommended.
