I don’t know how to thank Minh Ava enough…
I was struggling with figuring out if I should continue just renting in San Francisco or finally buy, even with the rising costs of the city. Minh Ava is insightful and has offered me wonderful advice on my best options with regards to properties in various districts. She knows San Francisco very well and has informed me on the pros/​cons of certain neighborhoods.
Additionally, with SF real estate being so complex, it’s easy to get completely lost in all the whole process and be unaware of terms (like what’s the difference between a condo and TIC), and she has explained everything without making me feel incompetent.
Her honesty has helped me feel reassured that I’ve made good decisions in regards to where I want to reside. I’m so glad I got to work with her! Thank you so much!

She was an accountant in her first career and has a nack for numbers and was able to teach me about mortgage rates, property value, and investments. She was so wonderful and was always available to answer my questions and be an avocate for me to negotiate with the seller and facilitate my loan with the mortgage broker.
