Agreed with Simon’s review here. These people are unprofessional and careless. I bought a $ 45 glass protector for my iPhone 6Plus. The chubby girl was putting it on while talking and her co-worker(a guy) came over and show his personal photos while she was working on the protector. After I got my phone there are several bubbles in there and she told me that those bubbles(with dust particle inside) would go away. Come one, treat me like I never just a phone before. Such retard comment. I already paid for the protect while I was waiting so I didn’t argue. I knew if I did they would just go on and on and on… I am not coming back here ever again and please avoid this place at all cost.

I came in yesterday to activate to a different phone because most stores were closed since it was Easter. I don’t think the service was bad, but it’s a little different from other places. All I needed was to get the SIM card situation done because they were different sizes and I mean, everything worked in the end. Also, I purchased a charger because I didn’t know whether I already had one laying around at home or not, but when I got home I did realize I already had one. Therefore, I went in today to get it refunded and it might be stupid because it wasn’t expensive, but honestly I knew I wouldn’t need it in the long run. Not knowing that the process was going to be such a pain, but I ended up sitting there for at least twenty minutes and I guess that was whatever. What irked me was that I wasn’t given a receipt when i purchased it, which wasn’t a big deal I guess but no one told me about these extra charges upon any kind of refund. I mean it’s understandable to have charges if I was to return a phone, but simply a charger. Okay fine. As I waited while they were trying to figure it out, I just felt like they weren’t sure what they were doing but I ended up just helping a random lady who came in asking for some Über help. I paid with cash, so they have to mail a check back… Overall, the process took longer than it should have I guess… and I think the only reason why I decided to go through the process was because I was first told that I couldn’t return it in the beginning… Nevertheless, I’d probably only come back if I really have to.

I liked how I was greeted the moment I walked into the store. It was a bit odd that they spoke to me in Cantonese right away. Not sure how I feel about that lol. But regardless, their customer service was pretty good. I was actually visiting today to meet with one of the store managers but he was busy when I got there so I had to wait a bit. One of the lady was nice enough(assuming she is some trainer) to inform me what the store manager was doing that was causing him to be late with me. It was odd however, that the«trainer» was lecturing the staff right at the counter front. Not sure if a customer would appreciate hearing things like«you calculated this wrong… no next time… why did you do this wrong», etc, etc. Would definitely be better if they did this sort of lecture/training sessions inside the break room or after hours when no one is around.

I picked up my HTC One here a few months ago. The service was fast, knowledgeable, and thorough. If you’re not getting an iPhone(where you can generally take your phone to an Apple store for repairs and warranty claims), I definitely recommend signing up for the insurance, but that’s it – the cloud backup service just has you pay for more bloatware on your phone, and the accessory package, which comes with a case, screen protector, and car charger, isn’t a bad deal, but all I really use now is the car charger since my car doesn’t have a USB port. If you do decide to get that screen protector, these guys do an excellent job of sticking it on your screen perfectly centered without any bubbles or dust. If live in the area and need a phone, there’s no need to go anywhere else.

This palace is awesome and the service is just friendly like someone who you know for a long time, who willing to help you with the issues you got from AT&T

My folks and I were looking to update our contracts and get some new phones, but we like to shop around, so we went here with little expectation of a perfect plan. As soon as we walked in, however, the sales reps were friendly and ready to assist. Jimmy, especially, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and even fun to talk to! Usually I prefer doing my phone stuffs on the Internet to find good cheap deals, I’ve had bad experiences with phone stores(maybe it’s just me, but phone store sales reps usually seem disinterested and are always snacking on some foods, and not helpful at all). This store was different. Jimmy was very engaging and ended up offering a deal we couldn’t refuse. After I got my Samsung Captivate, Jimmy even bothered to show me a few tricks with Android! I definitely recommend going here for all your AT&T phone and service needs. After all, the plans will always be the same but the extra bit of service isn’t something you get everywhere.

Best customer service ever! I visited this store several times recently to purchase a smartphone and was impressed by how knowledgeable and thoughtful the people working here were. The guy who helped me knew way more about AT&T’s products than the reps working downtown in the corporate AT&T stores. He not only explained the features of the newest phones but also took time to demo them. This store is also well-stocked with phones and accessories. They tend to have better deals than the corporate locations. Check it out if you don’t want to fight the crowds and spend hours with poor service. Keep up the five stars!

This place is an absolute must go-to store for anyone out there even considering AT&T or for existing AT&T customers who may have questions. It is not a corporate store so you don’t see all the bureaucracy associated of a huge corporations, yet they still have all the knowledge, phones, and professionalism you would expect to find. It appears that all the employees have a sincere passion for what they do. They will never suggest a phone or a calling plan that you don’t need and will never pressure you with random, useless add-ons. They are also very knowledgeable when it comes to anything and everything AT&T, so feel free to ask questions till your lips fall off!

The place is a really nice and cozy store that sells AT&T merchandise. The person, Jimmy Ma, that works on weekends is very well informed and is very helpful with any kind of information or questions you have about AT&T phones or plans. It’s a great place to bring your family to and get phones or help with your AT&T services especially if your family members can only speak Chinese.
