Few will find it surprising that Indian food is easier to find these days, as you may be aware, Indian cuisine is growing in popularity for many good reasons. Indeed, the complex spices and fresh ingredients are leading many to choose Indian Cuisine as more than just an exotic dining experience… but as a healthy, everyday dining choice.
Here at Aslam’s Rasoi, we also add a broad palette of Pakistani flavors to our menu and we are proud to see that our addition of Pakistani cuisine has proved a successful choice.
This blending of cuisine can be readily enjoyed in our main courses and our selection of appetizers. We hope you will try these dishes in addition to our inventive Indian Cuisine.

Aslam’s Rasoi has been a long time coming, as American dreams go. Mohammed Aslam, the Rasoi’s master chef, has put in decades of service in the restaurant trade.
Indeed, each restaurant came to Mohammed with humble beginnings and each restaurant eventually enjoyed truly impressive financial success. Indian Oven was just such an opportunity for Mohammed, redefining the menu in an obscure location in a changing neighborhood.
One more opportunity came along to lure Chef Aslam away from Indian Oven. This time, a beautifully decorated location in Burlingame then in West Portal… and true to his talents, the food was very good. But Chef Aslam had his own dream to build.
And so, with his family and friends, he built his OWN restaurant. Now you can enjoy the talents of this amazing Chef in a place that gives him the opportunity to serve a more diverse menu and explore his own ideas.
