Certified Yoga Therapist, Mukth’s way of teaching yoga focuses on healing and development of the whole person. Mukth began studying yoga and natural healing at the age of 13 from his native India and obtained Diploma in Naturopathy. Indian Naturopathy includes Yoga therapy, Ayurvedic therapies, Massage therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, shiatsu, other healing modalities Hot stone therapy, Korean cupping therapy, etc. He earned certificates in massage and yoga therapy in California. Mukth has dedicated the majority of his life to holistic wellness; He is a founder of ASHA: Academy of Spiritual Healing Arts/​Yoga Therapy School in San Francisco.
