Didn’t answer on first call, but immediately called back. Gave a quote for under $ 100 for a 6 block tow. Were here in 30 mins. Done in probably 10 or 15 mins. Nice driver. Would definitely use again.

This is truly one of the best towing companies I have ever used! The rescue was prompt and I have never been treated nicer or received as much insight as the owner gave me on our drive over to my mechanic. He was flexible and more concerned with making sure my next steps made sense towards fixing my car rather than getting a quick buck and leaving me to get home on my own. His expertise in the field extended far past simple towing knowledge – he was ready and willing to refer me to other mechanics in case the initial problem with my car was not fixed. He also literally showed me where he thought the problem was in my car, allowing me to understand the vehicle from a perspective I have never had the opportunity to see before. As a relatively new car owner, I can tell you right now that if my car ever breaks down again, this is absolutely the first place I am calling!

I was in a bind, and needed a tow quick. Wing was able to get to me in less than 15 minutes. He towed my car to a shop, then the dealership. Very reliable and highly recommended.

My battery died in my car and I had a kid with me. I was trying to call people around for help, no one was available. Finally i had the good luck that I could get a hold of ASAP service even though he was closed for Sunday. He came within 15 minutes. I loved the good service and that he calmed my kid and even gave me some advice next time what to do because I had a kid in the car with me.
I highly recommend his servive as it was prompt, compatent and super friendly.

Explained the situation in detail to him over the phone before the tow. Once he arrived at the «job» I had concerns about the equipment he brought. I expected a flatbed. He never said using Dolly’s would be extra when he hooked up the car (I would have never allowed him to) once the car was at the shop (4 blocks away) I was told the price. I stated that this was not the agreed to price he said well that what it is. I feel extorted by both him and the shop. Considering I was referred to them by «our» friend.

The other day my old vw had stopped on 280 by Trousdale blvd. I called ASAP, they gave me a fair quote and came quick. They really got me out of trouble, I was on the way to the airport to cacth my flight. Thanks! Highly Recommended!

I needed to tow my 26-​foot long, ~9000lbs, food truck (Ford, 2000) parked at my home because the engine wouldn’t start. I tried few other towing companies, and they said they couldn’t tow it because it is too big. When I called ASAP, the guy named Wing asked me questions and said he can tow it at $ 145. He came to my home within 30 mins and tow it very carefully since there are a couple of heavy equipment inside the truck. He slowly drove it to the Golden Gate Auto Service at Lincoln and 19^th ave. He didn’t know my truck has appliances in it and had to do it very carefully and slowly, try not to damage them. Satisfied with his quick response, responsible job, and friendly customer service. I would contact him again if my car is in trouble.

I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk and needed to get somewhere. Luckily they came within 30 minutes on a busy weekend when a few other places I called couldn’t get there quicker than an hour or more. They also charged $ 75 which wasn’t bad compared to the $ 160 that some locksmiths wanted… Plus the guy was super friendly and happy. Thanks!

Wow — great customer service! I called this evening about my very dead car battery, and got I some great advice over the phone. This wasn’t an emergency (the car is safely stowed in the garage and I take Muni to work), so ASAP suggested it would potentially save time and money if I waited until I have some time during the day to deal with this. That way an auto shop would be open if it turned out the car needed more work or, if the charge held, I’d have time to put in the freeway driving necessary to fully charge the battery. I’m putting ASAP on speed dial and will definitely be calling them again!

I had a great experience with Wing. The battery died in my car, and as a new driver in SF, I had no idea what to do. Wing was extremely understanding and helpful. He worked around my crazy schedule, even waiting outside of my building for my call. He got my car up and running in about 10 minutes and gave me detailed instructions on how to avoid this in the future. When it came time for payment, he waived the «after hours fee» he was supposed to charge and refused a tip. And when he was about to leave, he made sure to check to see if I had enough gas in my car.
I can not say enough good things about Wing and ASAP towing. His kindness and help made my awful day that much better — THANK YOU Wing!

Driver showed up at the scheduled time. He was friendly and straight forward. Hopefully I won’t need my car towed again anytime soon, but if need be I’d definitely use ASAP Towing again!

My car broke down in the Sunset. I called ASAP based on the Unilocal reviews and got a voice message. As soon as I hung up, I got a call right back from Wing. He was polite and sweet, and said to expect the tow truck in 30 minutes. Lo and behold, it came within about 20 minutes. The tow truck was clean and hauled my car onto the bed. Wing took care of my car, asked me how I was doing and what the problem was — it was simple, basic things like that that a customer really appreciates. He then towed the car to my mechanic and gave me a phone call that the car was safely dropped off.
I paid in cash so I got a slight discount but it is worth the money to know that your car is in very good hands. I appreciate polite business owners and service managers who seem to care about their customers, so thank you, ASAP! I hope to never use your service again, heh, but if I do, I now know who to call.

ASAP Towing is really what it is, ASAP. I needed to move a car from my friends house back to my house, so I called Wing on a Thursday afternoon telling him both addresses. It took me 15 minutes to get from my house to my friends house, and Wing was already there! Talk about quick! We got the car hooked up and ready to go in a couple minutes and then dropped it off at my house, excellent service, very efficient and speedy work, and he takes full care of the car to make sure nothing gets damaged or scratched. highly recommended, and he will be the ONLY tow truck I will call in the bay area.

ASAP towing name says it all. A client of mine had his car stalled in sunset, in front of sunset super. My client told me that he needed a tow and a ride back to his office. I called ASAP towing and told him where he was located at and I would probably meet him there. I was actually five minutes away. As I got there, I was transferring my clients personal belongings to my car. As soon as the last item was place in my trunk, ASAP towing was there. He got it hooked up to his truck in less than 5 minutes. Amazing!!!

Amazing. I am typically a leecher at Unilocal meaning that I only use it for my own benefit to see what services are great or not. But the service from ASAP towing has been beyond satisfaction that I needed to create an account myself and post my experience.
Not only did Wing arrive on time and assist in getting my vehicle to where it was needed, he even provided helpful recommendations on what shops were good in the area. I don’t live in the area but had no choice to take my vehicle to a local shop to due a blown transmission. He really made my day better which couldn’t get any worse.
Highly recommend his service as it was prompt, fast, and straight up honest guy. When your vehicle is being towed, I’m pretty sure you aren’t happy nor excited. Wing helps lighten these stressful moments which everyone has to experience once in a while.

Although it seems like a small (or possibly one man) operation, ASAP Towing helped me out. I needed to get my car to a garage for repairs, and the guy showed up when he said he would. He knew what he was doing and everything went well.

So apparently the computer in my car died so I was car-​less for 3 days. AHHH the terror! Since the dealership was busy I had to wait until today to bring in my car. Philip (the guy from 76 Wharf Auto Shop) told me to call ASAP Towing Service to bring my car to Geary and 4^th.
Wing, the guy that towed my truck was very nice and helpful. Philip and Wing made this horrible situation a little less stressful. Here’s a big THANK YOU! Wing told me to call the dealership to see if my warranty has expired or not because if I’m not covered I would be paying $$$BANK$$$ to fix my car. Philip helped me punch in my number and the computer told him that they should be able to cover the charges. Omg I felt like 10 lbs had lifted off my shoulders. Seriously, thank you guys for all the help. I really really appreciate it.
I don’t know how much towing usually costs but Wing charged me $ 65. A little expensive if you ask me but thank you thank you for bringing my car to Geary and 4^th safely!
