Wanted to update my review since I’ve been seeing Kate for the last few months and she is amazing! She always listens to exactly what I’d like and she has the lightest touch. In addition, she is so sweet and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her if you haven’t already, I’m thrilled with my results! :)

I have been getting my eyelash extensions done at Artisan for several months now and I have an update. My experience has continued to be excellent. Kate is lovely and oh so talented. Kate had been putting thick lashes on the corners of my eye to get the cat eye shape I wanted so badly. I would start noticing about a week in that the corner lashes would start drooping a little bit. My natural lashes couldn’t keep up with the drama. The choice was to either sacrifice the cat eye or upgrade me to faux mink eyelash extensions. (Don’t worry they are actually made of silk and not furry animals) Of course, I chose the latter. I am so happy I made the switch. My faux mink eyelash extensions are light and airy and I forget I have them on. Thanks ladies at Artisan, keep up the good work!

Started getting lashes 10 years ago– these guys are up there with the best. Beautiful premises just off union square (perfect for those working or staying downtown).
Super professional consultation about my existing lashes and felt confident that I’d get exactly what we discussed. Zo is a star, thanks for my lashes. Already recommended you to a friend. Will stop by next time I’m in town.

My first time getting lashes at Artisan was with Kate. She was delicate and efficient and I left with beautiful, full, and long lashes. I got a lot of compliments on my lashes, and I loved not having to wear mascara!
I highly recommend Artisan for anyone who is new to lash extensions and looking for a natural way to create a stunning look. Make sure you ask for Kate; She is professional and she understands the needs and comforts of her clients. She’s also super friendly and truly cares about her clients’ needs!

So happy I finally found someone I trust to do my lashes! After a few very bad experiences I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and made an appointment with Kate. Kate is amazing– she listened to exactly what I wanted — a natural looking full set of lashes — and worked so gently and smoothly that I fell asleep on the table! My lashes are gorgeous and look so real– I have been getting compliments all week about the way I look– most people ask if I’ve changed my hair or am wearing different makeup– they usually can’t tell its because I have a new set of lahses on! It’s been two weeks and I still have a full set. Definitely recommend Artisan — — make sure to see Kate!

It’s not you, it’s me. No. it’s actually you. This is not working out. How do you cordially break up with your new lash extension place after only the first date?
The technicians here are friendly and the location is beautiful, and that is about where the chemistry ended. When you pay $ 150 for a fill, you would expect it to last more than a week, right? Just days after my fill I was losing chunks of newly applied lashes (no natural lashes came out) and by a week later, I had bald patches in some areas. The glue used just dried up and crumbled.
The place offered me a complimentary fix– how lovely! However, they only gave me 20 minutes to patch a few on to my sparse areas, and by two days later, I had lost nearly all the replaced ones and then more. First world country problems, I know, but who wants to pay that kind of money and walk out looking like a pop star who just got out of rehab?
Too bad Halloween is over, cause I haven’t figured out quite how to rock the wicked witch of the west look yet until I can find a new place!

I am so happy I found Artisan! I’ve been going there for about four months now, and have had an amazing experience every time.
Melissa, Elle, and Rachel have all done my lashes and they have always looked amazing after. They are very easy to communicate with, the salon is quiet and peaceful (you don’t have to listen to Chatty Kathy’s telling their life stories to their stylists), it’s clean and very elegantly decorated.
It is easy to park nearby (there are two parking garages right across the street).
I highly recommend Artisan and their stylists.

I’ve been going to Artisan lashes for the past 2 months to see Kate who does a WONDERFUL job of doing my lashes. She totally gets what I ask for (a bit longer than my normal length, but much more thickness) and the lashes look natural.
I’ve seen Kate almost every 2 – 3 weeks and I’ve managed to keep most of my lashes too. In the past, my lashes started to fall out rapidly after 1 week. It’s also a very pleasant, relaxing experience being in the salon; it’s clean, quiet and I always fall asleep! Kate’s voice is soothing and she’s got a light touch. I recommend Kate to everyone!

Melissa is amazing! Here is my usual experience:
Goes in to her new office… you can tell by just entering the door, she has great taste. Interior of the place is amazing. Girly, stylish yet very welcoming and warm, just like Melissa!
There are two cute chair if you need to wait, and there is partition that separates the area from wait area.
Once you are there, Melissa asks you to get on the Aesthetic bed which by the way is comfortable! Melissa has always been so sweet and very professional. Can’t complain.

Zoe does my lashes and she seriously takes care of me! She’s so diligent with every lash and it always ends up coming out like they are REAL. I’m half Asian and have shorter lashes so this work of art helps me out so much! I never wear mascara anymore and really, you don’t need too! I’m also a bottle service girl for a nightclub and I have to have dramatic lashes for work. This completely refrains me from having to put fake eyelash strips on, which actually rips out your natural ones.

I had never had eyelash extensions before going to Artisan but my sister has had them and raves about how big of a difference they make. After getting them done I can honestly say she wasn’t lying! My makeup time is cut in half because I don’t feel the need to wear eyeliner or mascara anymore.
Zoe does an amazing job! She consulted with me when I got there about the look was I was trying to achieve in my lashes and answered all my questions. The entire appointment she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed (so relaxed that I fell asleep!). I felt like I was in an upscale spa when I walked into the room and during the service.
Verdict? I highly recommend Zoe and Artisan Eyelashes if you want beautiful seamless extensions. I got a full set 2 weeks ago and continue to get compliments on my beautiful lashes!

If you want your lashes to look fabulous Artisan Eyelashes is the place to go! Melissa made my lashes look so amazing for my wedding. They make such a difference in photos. All the gals here are wonderful at what they do. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Artisan was recommended to me by a friend when I mentioned that I wanted to do something about my bushy eyebrows. From what I gathered, Artisian is known for their high end lashes. Needless to say I was nervous about coming away with skinny «Metro» brows. So I mustered up the nerve and took her recommendation to make an appointment with Zoe who was amazing! She cleaned up my brows without loosing my manlyness. She also cleaned up my ears and nostrils. I was nervous about my nostrils but to my surprise it was relatively painless. I’m so thankful I finally came in and look forward to many more trips! Thank you Zoe for my manly brows!

I have been thinking to write a review for Rachel since the first time I went there, because she’s the best! I highly recommend her even though it’s your first time, don’t worry at all, she’ll explain everything to you and she’s one of the most patient persons I’ve ever met. Every time after the session is done, I am amazed by how good she is! She literally has magical hands! I am a pretty picky person I have to say. But once you try it, you’ll be addicted, in a good way. Every time I try different styles until I find the one I love the most! Thank you amazing Rachel! The place is very nice too, cozy and relaxing. When you are ready, just close your eyes and take an hour nap, then after you wake up, it’s all done and yes, you don’t feel any uncomfortableness during the process. I’m still curious how she did that! Anyways, Rachel, she makes miracles happen:)

This was my first time getting lash extensions even though I’ve always been curious. I’ve always been so afraid of them being TOO extreme or painful. I’ve heard all the same horror stories that everyone else has about glue and fallout. BUT. This. Was. Amazing.
Today I met with Julie and she was SO attentive to what I wanted and didn’t want. She made absolutely sure she understood what I was looking for before I ever hopped onto the bench.
During the service, she was very gentle and good at letting me know exactly what was happening and what to expect. I even fell asleep a few times!
Final verdict? The picture speaks for itself! We went with more of a cat-​eye look for my engagement photos and I LOVE THEM. Thank you Julie for surpassing my expectations!!!

Today I came in for an eyelash extension appointment with Julie.
She greeted me with a friendly smile and offered refreshments and helped me get comfortable for my 2 hour session.
Julie is detail oriented, has a gentle touch and has an eye for eyelashes. She is efficient, patient, open to client suggestions and gives great input.
I’m happy I got to my first eyelash extension experience was with Julie. She will make you feel comfortable, walk you through the process before, during, and after.
Melissa, the owner even stopped by to check out Julie’s work on my lashes and was very pleased!
Great ladies, great service, convenient location and cute place!!!

Because of Bilyana in Las Vegas, I stay with xtreme lash specialists and look for them whenever I move. Sataya B is another really talented specialist but the commute became too far to make (perfect if you’re in the South Bay!) I found out about Artisan from the xtreme lash website and it’s been my happy new lash home for over a year now.
I’ve had fills with Melissa, Rachel & Elle and have never been disappointed with anyone’s work, cleanliness of station or customer service– they are all exceptional. Because of our availability I usually see Melissa and she’s just so ridiculously sweet and professional. I’m so relaxed that I just sleep, let her work her magic and wake up to full long curly lashes. Today I saw Rachel and it was the same experience. They are truly artisans.
