I was referred to Angela’s office by a close friend after cancelling my insurance with Geico for piss poor customer service. I called and spoke with Helen and got my insurance coverage with her the same day. The prices were extremely competitive with Geico and Farmers (I received some quotes from them prior to speaking with Helen). I got my auto, renters (the discount i received for having a renters somehow lowered my overall auto/​renters insurance), and vehicle loan with State Farm. I also came in to meet with Helen and Angela regarding my life insurance (I am still debating which one to get). The office is within the financial district and it is perfect walking distance from my work. Helen and Angela are extremely knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me to make a decision right away which I really respect. I didn’t even know statefarm had a bank !!! I recently got a nissan 350z in November 2011 and I needed a loan. Whoever knew statefarm did loans for cars! The process was extremely fast and simple at angela chans office all I had to do was sign the proper documents and statefarm took care of the rest. Angela and her team were very helpful in explaining the process. I am confident that I will transfer all mu. policies over!

this agent is so awesome. i walked to the office and felt very comfortable in the environment. the agent, angela, came out to greet me and offered me chocolate chip cookies and coconut macaroons, i felt very pleased with her customer service. it was my first time buying life insurance and she guided me though the different packages that they offered and i felt really secure about my investment. i would definitely recommend this agent because she actually takes the time to explain and walk you through your purchase and i felt no pressure or frustration from her when i felt lost through the presentation, but she took the time to explain and educate me. definite go to for all kinds of insurance!
