Anna is a very sweet, kind, and gentle manicurist that I have ever seen. She is honest in her talk and work which I don’t usually see in others at different nail salons. She is meticulous and pays attention to details to make your nails turn out beautiful and the most important is to make sure that you are walking out happy.

Anna is wonderful and very kind. She does a great job on my nails and always has a tip or two for taking care of my tootsies between visits. I like the comfy massage chairs too!

I went here for a mani/pedi but ended up only getting a mani because the combo was a little pricey compared to other places in the area. I thought that Anna did a really good job. She even fixed my nails after I messed them up a little. There’s only one chair so I assume its mostly for hair but I would go back here.

I got a very good pedicure here for $ 20, which is $ 5 cheaper than Perfect nails at Geary and 33rd. Thanh was thorough and good: she carefully trimmed my cuticles, dealt with my callouses, and filed and clipped my nails(plus the polish removal and application of course) — all without inducing pain. Nice. The calf massaging chair is good while the toenails are drying(preferable to having my calves handled by someone which is how they do it in the Marina). The place on a Sunday late afternoon was almost empty making it calm and relaxing. They have magazines. They didn’t offer beverages. The décor is very blah and utilitarian. For the last two reasons I’m not giving it 5 stars. However, the quality of the service was very good: Thanh knows her stuff.

I went here on a Saturday asking for acrylic fills. They told me the special girl that performed this service wasn’t in. THISIS A NAILSALONSTUPID. DOYOURJOB. I know how to do my own, and I’m not manicurist. So why would it be so hard for someone who is licensed? I can’t believe how much this salon must not want to make money and succeed. San Francisco stupidity at its finest. ugh.

I lived in Richmond district for 5+ years and been a customer at this place for about 4. I don’t trust places like these to do my hair for a reason. Once I booked my appointment(I don’t remember her name now) to get some highlights done and she mixed up the color tube and basically I was blond for a day or two. I was crushed… and believe me, I do not look good as blond. So, think twice before you want to do your hair… Wax: They do offer waxing, but when I tried to book my appointment to get it done, they were not happy. I guess they just don’t like to do it or what? Why offer it to your customers, if you don’t want to do it… so I’ve never got a chance to try it there. Nails: Anna is the best. As I said, I was her customer for 4 years and she is amazing. She will work on your nails to achieve the best results. I used to do silk and the way she did it lasts forever. Her pedicures are awesome too… she paid so much attention to me that I felt like I’m in one of the best spas. Anna you rule and I love ya! Too bad it’s no longer convenient for me to visit this salon :( Conclusion: Hair — No, Wax — Questionable, Nails with Anna — YES(the 4 stars are for Anna)!

I’ve been coming here for the past few months and have been quite happy with them. :) It’s about 45 for a pedicure and acrylic powder — and if you make an appointment, you get their full attention without a wait. Anna is very sweet and soft-spoken. No «princess» Elaine drama at this nail place! They just remodeled and have massaging spa chairs that seem to be a bit more higher end, and a seperate pedicure tubs that I would say are so-so. My nails always come out looking perfect and last forever. The only complaint is that while they are painstakingly thorough about your toes, they dont’ pay as much attention to the bottom of your feet, so you’ll still need to use a regular loofah/pumice and home. It’s a great place though and I would recommend. :) But make an appointment!
