Even though my refrigerator’s problem couldn’t be fixed, I really appreciated the attention to detail and thoroughness of the diagnosis and explanation! He could have sold me an expensive fix but made it clear that it wasn’t worth it, and explained why. I really value honesty and hard work and All Ways provided both!

Had been without my freezer making ice for about a year. Then heard from someone at work about this place that they had used and were very happy with the work done. I called early afternoon and Julio was able to meet me at my house that evening after work. Wad very accommodating to work with my schedule. He pulled the whole mechanism out and said that the motor had blown. Luckily he had one in his van. He was well dressed, professional and a very nice man. He was also organized and didn’t have to keep running to his van since he had all of tools with him.
I would definitely call him back if I needed repair.

Called at 10am. They said they would be there at 2pm. They showed up at 1:45pm early.
They were fast, efficient, and friendly… and honest. Said it would be cheaper for me to replace my GE Profile Refrigerator than repair it. Only cost me $ 65 for a 1 hour visit where the guy literally took the entire unit apart and checked it very thoroughly. They might me a little hard to understand on the phone, but they are solid were it counts. I would recommend this place. I saved their number on my iPhone contacts for the future.

* At 6am, I woke up to a warm refrigerator
* At 8am I called All Ways Ready Appliance Repair
* At 10:40am my fridge was fixed
Under three hours from warm and clammy to chillin’ like a villain. That’s what I call five-star service!
Julio, the repair guy (actually one of the partners) arrived spot-on 9am. He was totally knowledgeable and nice. He took about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem, then explained it to me — blown auto-defrost timer and control assembly — and gave me an estimate of $ 325 for parts and labor. And yes, he had the parts on the truck. Hooray!
A little less than 90 minutes later he was done, including clean-up. Total cost: $ 300.82, with 30 day warranty on parts and labor.
Highly recommended!
