All Auto Collision Repair

I brought my car to Adam for a repair estimate after a bit of a dent-​up. I’d been living with this damage for several months, putting off an appointment to get an estimate.
I finally got the car over to Adam. He listened to me, took a look at the dent, and laid his hands on the injured car. I’m pretty sure he didn’t close his eyes first, but he made a few swift moves with his arms. I heard a popping sound, and he waved his right hand across the rear fender.
I looked, the dent was fixed. «No charge», he said. I will definitely remember his helpfulness the next time I need to visit a body shop. Hopefully not too soon!

So… a week after i got my car BACK… it got kicked in by some drunk guy @ Safeway.

So… I took it back here to get fixed… and they rocked it out, in like 3 days… and the price we worked out was über good… yes!

They get one star from me because something was STOLEN out of my vehicle while it was being repaired there.
Yes, I know you’re not supposed to leave anything of value in the vehicle. However, this place came recommended from my insurance agent after an idiot (smoking POT while he was DRIVING) damaged the entire right side of my car.
Also, it was my bar-​coded PARKING PERMIT for work.
The repairs are great. My car looks better than it was before the accident. However, it’s an added INCONVENIENCE to have to reorder my permit, pay an extra $ 50 to replace the placard, find time to pick it up, and PAY $ 13/​day for each of the days I wait for my request to be processed.
I know I could go to other car repair places, get the same wonderful repairs, but WITHOUT this HASSLE of my permit STOLEN.
If you’re willing to have something STOLEN from your car or take every single item out of the vehicle when you drop it off, go to them. Otherwise, DO NOT take the risk.

NIGHTMARE on 17^th st.
I took my vintage Mini here for a rust repair… he said he’d have it back in 2 weeks, which is a fair amount of time for some welding. It’s been 6 weeks now, and I picked it up last week with the stereo, carpets, and a case of CD’S all burned– yep, they didn’t remove the carpets when welding, and a small fire resulted. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this until 5 weeks after it happened, and every week I’ve been told some story about how some things were melted a bit and they were replacing the carpets and stereo– although the owner of this place can’t seem to get anything done– they ordered the wrong stereo, wrong carpet, and he keeps blaming his workers, and 6 weeks later, my car is still a mess.
I demanded the car back last week sans stereo, and have now ordered the parts myself. Interesting, when I ordered the carpets they were to me within 2 days. but this shop couldn’t figure it out. Same story with the stereo. Go online, order it. Done. Too much to ask of this shop. Throughout this ordeal he has been dishonest about what really happened to my car, and completely stupid in getting the parts they burned replaced.
