Alison just repaired our Baldwin Grand piano! This was a piano that we were ready
to dump. Everyone told me it was severely damaged and un-​repairable. Alison came in this morning and in her calm, professional manner repaired and tuned it! She is fabulous. Also gave us a 10% discount since we’re a non – profit. DONE!

Our previous piano tuner kept calling us and warned us that dire things will happen to our piano if we don’t get it tuned right away. I got tired of his doomsday predictions and sought another tuner. Not knowing anyone in particular, Sunset Music on Irving recommended Alison Saylor.
She arrived last week and was prompt. Her quick examination of our piano, which had not bee tuned for years, indicated that a basic tuning was all that was necessary. Some tuners had recommended two tunings, but Alison said one was enough until next year. She finished the tuning in a little over an hour and her fee of $ 125 was reasonable.
The piano sounds great now and I’ll start practicing more often.
