extremely unresponsive. this was a referral from a friend as we needed business insurance and they did not return phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. after they did finally respond (2 weeks later), they failed to follow-​up as promised. after we secured insurance elsewhere, the rep finally called and tried to justify their poor performance by claiming that it has been a busy time. not good enough. i would suggest avoiding this agency unless you enjoy being disappointed and treated badly.
