I have been using A to Z for 5+ years and recently went from having them come every other week to having them there every week. Luis does a great job, is super friendly and very reliable. They were recommended by a friend when I still lived in SF, and when we moved to Oakland, A to Z came with us. I’m about to move again to Orinda and haven’t checked yet to see if they can come that far, but if not, I just hope I can find another service as good as A to Z.

A to Z have taken good care of my family’s house for over 5 years and according to my mom they have never let her down. I just recently left my parents house and have been living on my own, and I have to admit that I got a little spoiled when it comes to cleaning. So I too have them over once a week. I am very pleased with their services. They are reliable, consistent, professional, and with no doubt HONEST. And I just want to thank them to doing such a great job, I absolutely love them and recommend them.

I met with Adriana of A to Z twice. First, she came and looked at my house and gave me a quote and next I met with the women that would be cleaning my home. This process took 2 hours over two separate days. We finalized the agreement and they were to start the next week. This is when the unprofessional behavior took over. They never returned phone calls and never sent over the promised list of references to me. I left multiple messages to confirm if they were coming and they never called back. Finally, Adriana emailed in response to my phone call messages and sent incomplete information over to me. She did not apologize for her rude behavior at all. She said I would have to work with someone else at her company. But the other woman, had no manners either and never returned calls. I later found out from a friend who used to use their service this is standard even once you become a client. They dont call back or respond. It was a weird situation. why would they waste my time and come over? i also found out that my friend used the servie and reported items as stolen. a to z claim to have insurance for theft but they refused to pay my friend back for stolen items that their employees took. DO NOT USE A TO Z.; PROTECT YOUR HOME
