I would absolutely recommend them! We got those little white dots on our sidewalk from the city telling us to repair the cracked concrete, and it wasn’t easy to find someone to do a small job, but AC Contracting responded right away, were very quick, very professional, took care of all the permits for the city and did a excellent job!

It was my sincere hope to provide a GREAT review to AC Contracting and to Adrian. However, I can only give a very good recommendation. We contacted Adrian for a mandated sidewalk repair and he was extremely responsive and provided a bid, almost, immediately. Upon acceptance of the bid, we pulled the permits the very next day and the work was completed within a week. The city inspector signed off on the job within 24 hours of completion. Remarkable work ethic these days. However, we had asked for photos of the project and was, repeatedly, told that ‘yes’ … we will get them to you … yes … no problem. We have yet to receive any photos. So, the mountain was addressed with remarkable proficiency yet the molehill remains untouched. My recommendation would be that you could not find a better contractor than AC Contracting, but if you have any loose ends … make sure they are addressed BEFORE payment is made since once that check changes hands — you will be in his rear view mirror.

We bought our first property in SF back in 2004 and as new property owners we wanted to demolish a lot of the original interior buildout and take it back to the shell, clean it all up and remove the material but we were nervous because we hadn’t done anything like that before. We used Adrian for this and he and his crew did a great job and I never forgot it.
We were so happy that we used him for three more jobs at that same site as things progressed including demo’ing more interior, demoing and pouring new concrete outside.
Now a decade later and several real estate projects under our belt and we have the need again for more of this so I went digging back in 10 years of notes to find Adrian’s contact info, which led to me writing this review after I discovered his Unilocal page.
We also got the infamous sidewalk inspection dots recently in front of our properties in Dogpatch (the City and County of SF’s Additional Revenue Department strikes again) and expect that we’ll have him deal with this, too, it seems from his Unilocal reviews that he’s been doing a lot of that City mandated sidewalk repair work with a lot of satisfied clients.

Adrian’s crew was working up the street repairing my neighbor’s sidewalk. I asked if they could do mine and they connected me with Adrian and they did it the same day. Adrian was easy to work with, professional, and his crew did great work. They made this annoying thing I had to do quite painless. And my sidewalk looks great! He also recommended a great arborist to trim my tree.

I too had a great experience with Adrian when I had to repair sidewalk in front of my house. He was prompt, professional, and responsive and his quote was very reasonable. He did solid work and I’d recommend him.

After getting the white dots on my sidewalk (the city’s way of telling you to repair your sidewalk), I called several contractors in order to get a quote. Adrian was very responsive, reasonable, and professional and got the job done on time. The sidewalk looks great.

Thanks to San Francisco’s sidewalk inspection program, our street was tagged to be fixed or replaced by the homeowner. Once people saw the good job Adrian and his team were doing on one house, most houses up and down the street had them do theirs.
Today, they replaced my 57 squares of concrete in just over half a day. Impressive. And it looks great, too.
