Isn’t this the cheapest place to buy gas in central San Francisco? If there’s a cheaper place, let me know. The $ 0.25/gallon savings with a carwash only makes it better. Until Costco SF opens up a gas station, this is my go-​to place.

Review a gas station? I’m joking, right? No… let me explain.
Warning: this place is surrounded by pan-​handlers.
There are no wipers to clean your windshield.
Seems like at least one pump is always out of order.
I don’t think you can count on being able to fill air in your tires.
It is in a convenient location and one of the cheapest stations in the area.
Car has always run fine after filing up here, at least they can’t mess up the gas, right? Knock on wood. LOL!

If you want to get hassled and panhandled by SFs large and creepy transient population this is the station for you. Bonus points for unhelpful staff.

There’s no frills here. The first pump was broken, but this station takes credit cards and doesn’t charge a higher fee for it over cash payment! Score! That’s rare now-​a-​days.
It also has cheaper gas than most of the city. We weren’t going to drive out of our way, so Gas Buddy steered us here. If I’m in this hood again, I’d fill up again. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot too.

Wow! This service station is impressively awful:
1) The pumps each had a different hand-​written sign taped to them: 87 only, 92 only, etc. The sign had fallen off of my pump. «92 only» but 87 pumped…
2) Then I realized that I was paying more than I thought: the sign I could see was 25c /​gallon LOWER than the other sign. Depends if you get the car wash or not. .. or am I paying for 92?
3) Whatever, I really wanted to clean the windshield. Pumps pumps everywhere but not a squeegee in sight: the squeegee buckets were filled with garbage.
Never again.
