We’ve had great luck finding available office spaces on 42Floors!

Carrie at 42Floors did an incredible job finding our office space. We had pretty tough requirements: we wanted a 1500 sqft office in The Mission with natural lighting and a kitchen. Carrie dug in her heels and found an amazing, creative space for our team in the heart of The Mission.
The whole process could not have been smoother. After we requested to look at a space on
, their team contacted us to see a few spaces. After setting up our tour Carrie and I met to see a space. Getting from space to space was very efficient — we simply Ubered. When we found a space the leases were easily accessible and we signed quickly. I could not have been more pleased with the process.
I recommend 42Floors to anyone looking for an office space in SF — they’re fast, friendly and have access to the best spaces in the city.

42 Floors worked so hard for us to help us get a new office. As another reviewer mentioned, finding and securing a space in San Francisco is an enormous challenge. Megan helped us every step of the way referring us to professionals to help make sure our lease was fair and appropriate, negotiating with the landlord on our behalf, and pushing to get answers from the landlord and owners, who would often take a long time to respond to our inquiries. She really went above and beyond to find us the kind of space we were looking for, secure our new office and get us moved in as quickly as possible.

Probably the most unprofessional group of people I have ever come in contact with. I will never recommend this website to anyone trying to find office space. Young kids with large egos. I spoke on the phone to Caroline and Alyssa, both were very unprofessional and rude.

Finding an office space can be soooooooo hard. But 42Floors just makes it so easy. Easy to view spaces. Easy to contact owners. Quick customer service.
It just works.
