Wells Fargo Bank

Not sure why this bank has received such bad reviews. It’s a bank! You go in, get your money and get out! Everyone has been super friendly to me here each and every time I’ve gone in. Parking is not wonderful, that’s the only reason I wouldn’t give it a five star review.

This place sucks as fast as customer sevice. The rep erika took me out of the line and verified my check. Then she said I have to make a line again. Keep in mind this om a Saturday so huge lines. Last time I came they cashed my check while I was sitting. Ridiculous. She also gave me attitude and laughed in my face. I ended up going with a different person, and he cashed my checked in 5 minutes. Dylmar hooked me uposted so huge shout out to him.

I don’t usually come on Unilocal to rant and I like to give people and places the benefit of the doubt. I prefer to not be a Unilocal hater and in life really I would prefer to focus on the good things in the world and the things that people do right rather than one wrong move or mistake they made.
In saying that, I just had the WORST experience that I have ever had with a bank in my life. All I wanted to do was talk to someone about my account, but the manager who I spoke to needs to learn customer service or even basic manners on how to talk to people.
I went to the bank to see what was happening with my account and how a merchant error (not my own) had lead to fees on my account ($ 280 worth). The woman who helped me first (who was lovely and sympathetic) suggested I talk to the manager so I waited at least 15 minutes for him. He didn’t give me his name but he cut me off every time I tried to explain the problem I was having (I wasn’t even being defensive or accusatory). He even laughed at me at one point. He hardly even listened to the issue I was having. I am not any overly into confrontation unless I am really really mad. But not only did he not try to help me but he was outright rude and made me feel like I was either a criminal or a second class citizen.
I work in customer service and I have for 16 years, so I know that basic manners, kindness, sincerity and just being helpful goes a long way so in the end this man was only shooting himself in the foot. However, I was so hurt and upset with the way I was spoken to that I want anyone else to avoid having their day ruined when they are just trying to figure out why their bank charged them $ 280. I know that this is not the bank’s fault, but it also isn’t mine so I was trying to be diplomatic but with all the issues I have had with Wells Fargo this was the final straw. I will now be closing my account and trying a different bank after 7 years with Wells Fargo.
By the way, I left my keys in the branch and as I walked back in, it was clear he was talking about me to another employee about my issue.
If you can, try a different branch, or maybe even a different bank altogether.

My debit card was stolen so I went to this branch to get a temporary debit card, but they refused to give it to me so I asked to make a withdraw instead and they said they’d only give me $ 100 instead of the amount of money I needed then guy there basically used the fact that I couldn’t get my own money against me and then said he wouldn’t even give me the $ 100 anymore.

I’m very disappointed with the Wells Fargo Bank Home Mortgage. Despite their great Real State employees, their underwriters and upper management in the really state mortgage Department are so unprofessional and useless to a point that their discrepancies are too obvious and their business practices are substandard. They don’t value their customers at all and treat them like the back of their rear end, and don’t care about them, and WFB always throws them under the bus.
WFB is an organization that just looks only for their best interest and is always trying to screw their customers with their hidden fees, false promises, false and fake guidelines that are always twisted at their will. Regardless of the good long business relationship given from their customers, all this bank cares is about them selves and how they will make money out of you. I bank and do business with 3 different banks besides WFB and I have never experienced so much corruption and discrepancies with his unprofessional bank organization. Shame on them and that’s very discouraging and disappointing. They don’t even value their own employees and WFB has big moral problem in their business environment.

The majority of the Wells Fargo’s branches have made great efforts to provide better Customer Sevice. I like this branch, and the one in Commerce because the majority of the employees are welcoming and they are attentive by offering me water. Also, they are friendly and they made me aware of their new programs without pressuring me to sign up. Lastly, I am super grateful for the security protection on my check card, they have innovated services.

I made an inquiry into a transaction I thought might have been short. I wanted piece of mind, had all the info transaction time and number. Didn’t even take down any info. The Man I spoke told me no, the person balanced.
I told him could he just look into it, and call me back. But no, I felt ignored. Note if it was his money I’m sure he’d care. I hate this guy now and no longer Trust this bank to look out for me.

Every time I come here the tellers are so friendly and I am always greeted. Lines moved fairly quickly. There was even someone passing out water bottles to the people who were in line. I’m glad I bank with them now instead of bank of america. I haven’t had a problem with wells fargo.

I hope this Wells Fargo goes to hell, and it dies a sad lonely death. This is the closet Wells Fargo to me, and I guess to a lot of people, because its always packed. The parking lot is a huge mess, I almost got rear ended trying to enter the parking lot, because the line goes into the street. Then I almost rear ended the same line when I exited this place.
Once you get in its a great looking branch, lots of bank employees to greet you, but I have never seen the line move. I have actually gone to this location about 8 times and said fuck it, I’m off this tuna boat 7 times. They do have 2 pretty sweet ass ATMs outside, but the parking lot is such a mess I suggest you only go here when the bank is closed.
