Best T-​Mobile location ! Best customer service, Eddie especially! I was having some issues with my phone, a lot of issues, and I was told by a tmobile phone rep that they couldn’t help me at all But I went to this store and talked to Eddie who not only called tmobile customer service for me but fixed the entire problem that no one could help me fix for months. Words cannot express how grateful I am for his help ! Seriously, ask for Eddie or Stephanie, they provide the best customer service ever. They actually know what they are doing and helped me fix the problem and I walked out with a working phone and accessories ! I dont even live close by but I will always drive out there from now on.

Answered all my questions and verified I understood exactly how everything was being broken down to. Dropped by to upgrade my girl phone 5 to a iphone 6s last night. We asked for Erica since we had already seen a good review for her. She was really helpfull explaining the upgrade process and hooked us up with a bundle package were I came out with my girls 6S and a set of Ear Beats for me. Ask her about that bundle when you upgrade and the Jump for T-​mobile. You pay a couple dollars more but its worth it.
Thanks Erica!!! Now I can get my girl off my back for atleast a year until the iphone 7 comes out!!!

I just recently switched to T-​mobile from Verizon, and boy am I glad I did. I was skeptical at first because they offered to save me so much. I thought it was too good to be true, but so far, so good!
I believe this is a new location that I visited, but I was immediately greeted warmly by a cute saleswoman named Jennifer. I told her my concerns about switching, and she was so knowledgable and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness.
She got everything worked out and I am so happy with my plan and my iPhone. Thanks Jennifer!

I just moved to the valley and I’ve recently visited the other T-​mobile stores in the area and this one has by far the best customer service. I could tell that the service was genuine and they were not just trying to get a sale.
Jennifer was the employee that helped me get my iPhone 6s and with all the craziness of the phone being brand new and the calls and interruptions she kept getting, she made sure I got mine!
I’ve already recommended a few friends to come here, it’s definitely the place for any of your phone needs!

I use to have Verizon. I would pay so much. I was driving down Glenoaks and I noticed this new T-​Mobile store. I went in right away, Erica and Stephanie welcomed me in. Erica started to explain all the plans and benefits. The switch was quick both ladies help me out. This is what I call great customer services I had all the attention on me and they made me feel at home.

Erica is a great person to make an appointment with, but they are all just as helpful!
If I need with anything when it comes to my phone or plan I know to come here. They are all very helpful and nice. They answer all my questions and they always try to help me in the best possible way they can.
Getting a new phone or a new cell phone plan is like buying a new car but they make the time go by fast. I would recommend this tmobile over any other tmobile store!
