stress at work… stress at home… stress at the gas pump (i have a mini cooper… filling up still sucks!)…stress, stress, stress… stress takes it’s toll when i come home & the belly is killing me… BUT, there was light at the end of the tunnel… or rather, on the other end of the valley…
during my morning coffee run at work, i noticed a serenely decorated tea wrapper that just missed the trash… as i opened it and read the package «DIGEST — for your body»…right away i jumped on the ‘net & looked up where i could find ‘yogi tea’, and hopefully some relief for my overstressed tummy… and lo & behold! it’s in my vicinity.
i jetted to the plaza nutrition center & there among the small array of homeopathic pills, organic energy bars, cereal, and other chemical-​dodging merchandise, i matched the tea wrapper to the box & made my over-​priced purchase (it’s a small mom & pop store… what else do you expect?)
i’ve been using the tea for the past couple of days… and so far, so good… the only reason i removed a star was because when i first walked into this store the store owner wasn’t that nice since i was «just looking»…but having made a purchase this time around… there was alot of niceness in the air.
final analysis: it’s a non-​imposing little spot to check out… do it for your inner chi…
