IHOP

All good things ! All good things ! The manager Walter is the best out of any ihop. The service is so so excellent!!! The food is cooked and the coffee is served to perfection !! The service is fast which is great. You can choose to either come in and eat quick or stay a while and relax but the greatest thing about this IHOP that comes in as number 1 over any IHOP is that you have a choice. Excellent ! Great ! Perfect !

The manager Walter is rude, rushes people, makes you feel uncomfortable and rushes you out. the place feels like a fast food restaurant not a family breakfast dinning place.

The customer service was pretty decent. My food did have hair for two different plates. It’s not the worse place. I like that they come at you and help you out right away. Manager was very polite when he took my «complaint».

This would have made it to 3.5 stars, if it weren’t for just now! We usually order pickup and eat breakfast at home. We never really had an issue with service and the food is somewhat decent, I mean, decent enough for us to order breakfast here weekly during our lazy weekend mornings. But today, they literally left my husband on hold for 10 MINUTES after asking if it was ok to put us on hold for a brief moment due to them training somebody. Seriously though, 10 minutes?! And all you can hear over the phone was them in the background talking about training. Talk about UNPROFESSIONAL and bad customer service right there! It’s 7:50 am, did you forget that you have people holding on the phone? Hellooooo.

Service is quick food is good. Anything with eggs is presented well. But don’t expect much when ordering any type of meat.

They gave me hair in my milk. They also put a coffee on the bill which I never ordered.
Not going there again

Food was good this place would have got a 5 star but the customer service is just what they got a 3 start Sandra learn how to smile !!

I love ihop! I went a few times with my family. The pancakes are soo good. I had the banana cream with strawberry syrup! Delish!

We love coming to this IHOP. We are always get a great and properly greeting and served with a smile. Everyone seems to enjoy what they do.

On this day the waitress forgot all about my hubbie breakfast thank God we usually like to order crepes so we kind of share. We told the waitress about her forgetting she said no you never order I say yes he did. She then realize hubbie actually order the breakfast and she forgot. So the waitress tried to give hubbie the breakfast 30 minutes later we say no thanks. Gosh I know waitress get busy but doble check the food orders please.

Our service was quick and friendly. Especially considering that we went during the morning rush. Nothing was out of the ordinary, and our waiter was very attentive. The manager at the cashier was very sweet. He wanted us to know that he wanted to make us happy. Will definitely go back again. I felt welcome.

Worst IHOP ever!!! They never answer the phone so forget about ordering to go, I tried on numerous occasions to order take out and have only succeed once! And the chef go hair in my food! Disgusting!!! Never eat here!!!

I’m. Sitting here right now on new years day. The place only has 2 waiters, when this is one of the most busiest days. Management needs to take into account of what to do at least 4 employees should be working. It isn’t the waiters fault. This is just unacceptable I will be calling corporate to let them know of how terrible the management of this IHOP location is. UNBELIEVABLE

I would rather go to iHop than to Denny’s which is a block. The food is great. They have a turkey dinner that is delicious and it is open ²⁴⁄₇. For some odd reason when I go their the staff is great expect for one. A woman server tends to be slower when I am there but when a male server serves me it goes faster. Plus she is kind of rude so I would stay away from her. Other than that I enjoy eating here.

I have to say exceptional service from Sylvia (waitress) and the cooks for accomadating my complex breakfast… it was very delicious.

I took my family to breakfast yesterday and was happy to see that the restaurant was busy again! For a while they were lacking in good quality and service so this was a good sign. I was so disgusted though when they sat a couple with a Yorkshire right next to us. Our bench was connected to theirs and the dog kept walking down to our table. He was propping him/​herself up on the table and eating out of the plates that are going to be used to bring out another person’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I am an animal lover myself but AB 1965 pets are only allowed in outdoors eating areas, they must come in through in outdoor entrance, they can only eat out of disposable trays, they must be on a leash, and they cannot sit on chairs or benches. I don’t care how cute the dog was it made me sick to my stomach. If this is what they allow you can be certain I won’t be back and I hope people with severe allergies will be very careful when coming here.

I just called to order breakfast for pickup and asked for biscuits and gravy and the girl on the phone was so confused. I said so you can’t just do biscuits and gravy because I don’t want the combo. She’s like let me ask, and she puts the phone aside and is all… she wants a side of gravy… and I hear laughing! How rude, so when she comes back she’s like we don’t have that. So I say I don’t just want gravy I want the biscuits and gravy side, it’s on your location menu, biscuits and gravy combo… she was like I don’t think we have that. So now I’m feeling like a complete idiot. Please update your online menu and seriously what kind of breakfast place doesn’t have a staple like biscuits and gravy?!?

Great for what it is. I came with a group of about 10 people and it took a while to get seated for Sunday brunch, but our waitress Elsa did great handling our big group. The iced coffee was great (comes sweetened w/​cream). I also got the crêpe combo, which came with 2 Nutella banana crepes, 2 eggs, hash browns, and turkey bacon (substitute for regular bacon). It was all delicious! I was quite surprised that such a chain actually had yummy crepes!

It’s very convenient that this ihop is open ²⁴⁄₇ for those with a craving for a late night bite.
Service is okay but could be better.
Food is to be expected. good but nothing new.
