At Valley CORF we specialize in outpatient Pulmonary and Physical rehabilitation. We utilize the most efficient and up to date Therapeutic Modalities to improve your quality of life. Our friendly staff of Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapy Assistants will make your rehab program fun and engaging. Along with Respiratory/​Physical therapy we teach each and everyone of our patients in ways they can help themselves from home.

History

Established in 2002.

What is a CORF? A CORF is a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility. CORF’s were created by Congress, and Congress established CORFs to provide patients with access to high quality rehabilitation services in a community-​based setting. In addition to being a CORF, we provide direct patient care by treating the whole patient with a variety of outpatient therapy services, including physical therapy, respiratory therapy, and social work services. Rather than dealing with crowded hospital’s and in-​patient treatment programs, Valley CORF was established with patient therapy and education in mind, in a friendly and safe environment.

As manager of Valley CORF I am in the lucky position of ensuring that our Physical Therapy and Pulmonary Rehabilitation patients receive the highest quality of care. Additionally, it is my responsibility to ensure and monitor the progress of all our patients. Our staff consists of highly educated and trained Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, and Physical Therapy assistants.
