We have been using RC custom pools for approx 6 months and I’m so glad because we were tired of managing it ourselves. It was great to have a clean, sparkling poor every weekend to enjoy over the summer. The staff was helpful & returned phone calls within a very reasonable amount of time; either the end of the day or next morning. Thanks so much Susan & Maria! Keep up the good work!

I have been using them for years and found them pleasant to talk to and responsive. We have also relied upon them for repairs and advice. I seem to prefer someone who knows the layout of our pool and its issues, as all pools have them. Fixed my Pool Sweep no charge (No Parts just adjustment)

These people have cleaned several pools for me for many years. Today I called them about a continuing problem that they seem to ignore. After several notes and a few phone calls the owner called me today to tell me to find someone else? I said are you firing me? I have never complained about a bill and always pay FAST. Customer service is not their thing. Stay away!

As another reviewer wrote, the office staff of RC Pool is very rude. The pool man tries to do as little as possible during each visit. If you ask him to do anything, his reply is always, «Next week, next week,» and then it doesn’t happen.

Great service with a super friendly staff. These guys are who you want to go to for the «best» service and repairs, no BS with them. You definitely get what you pay for!!!

I have never been treated more poorly by a service provider before. They have been taking poor care of my pool for a while now and when I called their office to ask if they could do a slightly better job, the owner picked up the phone and told me to clean it myself.
They are rude, unprofessional, and do a poor job. I would recommend avoiding their service at all costs.
