My husband and I were SO pleased with the service, honesty, price, and overall treatment we received when buying our new car. This used car dealership definitely lives up to its name. When we arrived we were greeted by John, a salt-​of-​the-​earth, friendly car enthusiast who was happy to provide us with any information we asked for on the cars as well as happily riding along for test drives. When it was time to buy, Greg was kind and informative about our financing options, and beyond patient. He priced our car below Kelly Blue Book value, and gave us an additional discount on top of that. These guys get it. I recommend them without hesitation.

I dropped by after seeing an ad for a Toyota online. Greg was brusque, rude and condescending. I’m here to buy a car for crying out loud! I had one day left in which to buy a car for my daughter before leaving LA. A polite and concerned salesman would have had me in the bag. He had a number of suitable cars, but his attitude made me want to turn around a leave as quick as I could. Still I was polite to him. I was almost desperate enough to go back, but a polite salesman at another lot got my business instead.

this guys are really good and trustable people, Don help me and guide me a lot offering several options to get the car me and my wife wanted, i was a little shy since i been in the states for very few time and practically not great credit score, Don took the time to revise several credit companies and thanks to him i got my first car loan with a really good interest rate, the car its very clean as advertise and runs awesome, great deal, awesome customer service. if i have to buy another car anytime soon Good Vibes Auto Sales will be my First option again!

I went in because I saw a car in my price range. It was very difficult because I was on a budget and could only spend $ 2700. They had a Pontiac Montana on the lot that for the criteria. It was on the lot and ready to be seen and driven that day unlike many other car dealerships I contacted. The salesman were not pushy at all. During the inspection and the test drive they let the car speak for itself. I was in and out and eceryine there was wonderful. I would recommend Good Vibes Auto to anyone.

I was desperate for a new car after my 1995 Honda Accord started falling apart. After getting approved for my loan from USAA I started searching craigslist and other used car websites in search of a great used car.
After weeks of searching I found an ad for a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4×4 with low miles and a low price. I immediately got into contact with Greg at good vibes auto. Greg didn’t pick up the first time but he immediately called me back to give me whatever information I needed on the car. We scheduled an appointment and two days later I was at his lot checking out the car. I wasn’t crazy about the 2000 but I didn’t find a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I knew that was the car I wanted. I came back two days later to finish everything up. But this being my first car purchase and being young my mother insisted she come with me to make sure everything was on the up and up. My mom can be kind of scary at times and Greg handled her great! He never seemed to get upset or annoyed! He let us take the car to a local mechanic and they gave us the go ahead to buy the car. It needed new tires which will cost me around $ 500 so Greg was willing to take another $ 100 off the price.
I drove the car off the lot that day and am in love with my new (used) vehicle. I appreciate everything Greg did for us. He is an honest nice man who wants to work with people and not pressure them or treat you like you’re stupid. He wants to help you figure out what you want and need. If in the future I need another used car or have friends or family who need a used car I will send them to Greg, thanks Greg!!!

Unbelievably nice and accommodating. I have never met an autodealer so cooperative and easy to work with. A great selection of quality used cars for more than fair prices. The office staff was delightful and able to sell us a car that we are registering in another state. I would recommend this autodealer to friends, family and everyone else I know. This place is amazing

I LOVE my VW Jetta! Greg, Joe and Don were awesome to work with. They are patient and helped me out over several weeks with no pressure. Greg was super nice and helped me work out the best options with my bad credit score. They were able to hook me up with great deal in my price range. I have had my car for over a month now– it is an ’03– looks cute and runs great! Perfect for getting to and from work every day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable used car.

I just sold my car here today, and everything went very fast, and I didn’t feel like I was ripped off or anything.
My only issue was when my car was being test driven, (with me in the passenger side), the guy took a call from another customer, and was on the phone for a few minutes while we were supposed to be handling what I came for.
Everything else was great though. Everyone was friendly.

Purchased a car from them a little over two weeks ago. We were very happy because we did not get a sales man harassing and pressuring to buy a car. We walked the lot, we told them we were interested in the car, they pulled the car keys out and offered a test drive. Paperwork was quick, easy and they took care of everything with the DMV. Everyone was very helpful and nice, thank you guys!

This is great place and the people are very helpful and honest, we got a great deal and the car is perfect. I will definitely be back for our next car

My daughter needed a car to get to school. After researching reliable cars in her price range, she located several she wanted to test drive. But after looking at the Unilocal reviews of the dealerships, we decided to pass on the first two cars and visit Good Vibes in North Hollywood, which had solid ratings. We’re both glad we did. Everyone we dealt with treated us without pressure and without playing games. They acted like human beings and treated us the same. We made a very fair deal and bought the car — and it didn’t take hours and hours. I was so impressed that I brought back another daughter one week later. They greeted us like old friends, helped us find a car that met our needs, and we bought a second car from Good Vibes. If everyone sold used cars this way, the terrifying cliché of smarmy used car dealers wouldn’t exist.

This is my first actual review noted. I’m 22 and was looking for a first time affordable dealership car for me my girlfriend and baby to get around… After weeks of craigslist, Google and Unilocal searching I decided to stop by this place and give it a try. Without all the details, this dude Greg I swear to you not was pretty patient especially having to take my girlfriend, mother in law and 6^th month baby boy smh. Anywho I’m a service tech for Valvoline and used my knowledge to check 3 cars and come to find out not bad at all, couldn’t find anything wrong beside a air filter that could have been replaced but long story short, prices are good, cars are good and the selection is there not to mention there’s like 3 dealers in the same lot. give him a try I was never pressured & he reassured me facts, I mean in the end I did leave satisfied. I drove to 50 miles to check out a car, and the service engine light was on. These cars are supposed to be in good working condition, good enough to pass the smog test. There were also estimates totaling $ 3000 in repairs in the glove box, and am assuming the repairs were not done since they were selling the car for $ 3999.00.
Beware or this sham establishment!

Trying to deal with Greg’s rudeness did not prove possible, he wanted $ 2000 over high retail kelly blue book for a 2003 Ford Escape and when I told him the bb value he turned rude and abusive so that ended that.
The worst salesman i ever talked to

My car crapped out on me and I needed to find a replacement. I looked at several dealers and private party cars. After a month a friend told me to go talk to Greg at Good Vibes Auto and I was glad I listened. Greg was a great guy and we worked out a deal on the car. I have had it for a little over a month now and it is going great. Definitely would recommend Good Vibes to anyone looking to purchase a car. The guys there seem to genuinely want to get you set up with a good deal and not just take your money.

Just got my car tuned up and had it inspected for any problem’s. No problem’s found and still running as smooth as it was when I first bought her.

My 7 months pregnant wife got rear ended (she is feeling great, thank you). We had to look for a new (used) car.
After a few meetings with private owners and a couple of visits at some sleezy dealerships, we stopped by Good Vibes.
Greg was the guy who helped us, and he was really helpfull and knolagable. We test drive a couple of cars and decided to go for it!
I recommend Good Vibes, good selection, good people and definitely a good vibe.

I am SO glad I found this place. My boyfriend and I recently got into a car accident that totaled our VW Jetta and we needed a reliable car to replace it. We found Greg from Good Vibes on Unilocal and Car Gurus and made a trip all the way from Santa Monica to see a 04 Corolla. While the trip may have been a bit far, I am so glad we made it!
Greg allowed us to test drive the car, have us the CarFax and allowed us to take it to a mechanic of our choice for inspection. There were a few minor problems with the Corolla that we found at the mechanic but Greg promised to get it fixed and show me proof of it as well. I’ll be coming back next week to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. I’m so excited!

I so thought I had already written a review of this place– whoops! Good thing I double checked!
I meant to write this review back in October after my husband spoke with Joe at Good Vibes about selling my 2002 Galactic Blue Jetta.
Although the car was not in the best condition, Joe was very nice and helpful working with my husband on the best price. It was very clear that he was a good businessman in how he conducted himself (from what my husband told me about him), and that he is a trustworthy person. He seemed to really go out of his way to accommodate and help us. He was upfront, wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to pull anything when we were unsure of what decision we should make.
Overall we were so grateful to find someone like him to talk to about the options with my car, and although we ended up shipping the car back to my father who insisted on selling it, we still had a VERY good experience with Joe. We checked into several places to get a quote for the car– some people were fine, some were rude, but Joe was the nicest and most personable out of all the people we dealt with.
If we need to sell a car again, Joe will be the only person we go back to :)
