Description

Specialties

We teach English as a Second Language (ESL). Most of our students are adults, but we do sometimes accept younger people. Most students who come here want to speak better English. This includes helping them speak with an American accent. In addition, we help people improve their listening, reading, writing, and grammar. Finally, we also help students prepare for the TOEFL.

We are located in Los Angeles, closed to the cities of Woodland Hills, Northridge, Chatsworth, Canoga Park, Van Nuys, Tarzana, Encino, Studio City, and Sherman Oaks.

History

Established in 2012.

Most of the teachers here previously taught at one of the large public adult schools, such as West Valley Occupational Center (WVOC), in Los Angeles. These schools do an excellent job in many ways, but most classes have 30-to-50 students in them. At our school, most classes have 5-to-10 students in them. This gives students a chance to speak a lot more and for teachers to listen and help them speak better.
