William Pevsner, DO

Been coming here for a couple years now. My old doctor would never ever seen me when I needed to see her same day, or following day. Every single time I have called this office for a non emergency matter, but need to been fairly quickly (infections or intense pains) they have ALWAYS made room for me. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that this office takes the time to care for their patients rather than tell them to go to an emergency room. Dr pevsner takes his time, makes small talk, and i’ve never felt rushed in his office. His staff is always SO nice. I love coming here. Thank you!

I have been with Dr Pevsner for over 20 years and he is the best Dr I can recommend. The staff is caring and professional. I’d rate them higher if I could.

I love Dr. Pevsner and all of his staff! My husband, son and I have been going to him for 2 years and he is GREAT! If you are very sick the staff will always do their best to squeeze you in and if not the wait is usually only a few weeks out.
The staff will go out of their way to help you! You can leave messages for the staff and they always call me back within a half hour with a answer to your question. And you can also call and leave messages for Pevsner directly and he will call you after hours. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pevsner for years. With so many physician choices, I am happy to say Dr. Pevsner and his staff are my #1 choice. The front office staff always makes me feel welcome and are very accommodating.
Dr. Pevsner’s caring nature and efficiency has always made me feel like I made the right choice for my medical needs. Great choice, great team, feel like I am in great hands.

Dr William Pevsner has been treating. my husband & I for at least 15 or more years. When his mother moved to San Dimas she became a patient also. We have been 100 ⁰⁄₀ satisfied with the staff and the doctor. They are kind, efficient andknowledgeable. The dr. always spends much time with us and truly cares.
Iam writing this because one of my husband’s siblings who has never seen him wrote an untrue Unilocal and was very negative. We are embarrased.

I am rewriting my review. I have restraint and not bitterness. Sometimes being the bigger person means smiling and nodding, and being mature.

My mom referred me to Dr. Pevsner and even though I no longer have insurance I pay cash just to be able to continue to see him. He is extremely kind, caring and professional. His office staff is always pleasant on the phone when I call with an issue or just calling to confirm an appointment. I can’t find one thing I dislike about his office. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pevsner’s for over 20 years and highly recommend his devotion to the art of medicine along with his conversations and diagnosis that he’s provided me over the years. I’m now a «senior patient» who as he says,” has come a long way «from a freeway accident and subsequent treatment by the doctor. Whatever the issue, his staff is ready to assist and has always provided a reminder call. Waiting time is a small price to pay for his courteous and concerned treatment!

He’s been out doctor for about 10 years now. The doctor & staff are very friendly and helpful. I like that when he gives me the diagnosis for my problem he will explain it in terms I understand and not just the medical terminology. If I still have questions after he’s explained it to me he will give me a more detailed explanation. I like that he never makes me feel like I’m stupid for not understanding.
On a busy day expect to wait, the longest I ever waited was ½ hour.

I visited Dr. Pevsner’s office this morning for the second time. My wife and I found him on Unilocal and we decided on him based on the good reviews and that we were looking for a Doctor of Osteopathy. The staff was friendly and helpful, the nurse in particular who took my blood pressure before Dr. Pevsner saw me was great by asking me questions, making small talk and helpful in finding me find a pharmacy near my place to pick up my perscription. Just felt she did above and beyond what I expected.
This has been my first experience with a DO doctor and I really felt comfortable seeing Dr. Pevsner, he came across sincere and honest by asking lots of questions, giving me feedback and methods to improve what I was in there for.
I hate going to the doctor’s and still do but going to Dr. Pevsner makes seeing the the doctor suck less.

Like I said, I selected Dr. Pevsner today to help me with this wicked cold (or possibly flu) I’m experiencing, and my experience today was highly consistent with what others have said – a doctor who takes his time and makes you feel like a person.
Now, there were some flaws – like when he started talking to me for about 10 minutes about his visit to my home county up north, for a triathlon, as well as the retirement opportunities up there – and then nearly forgot to give me the throat culture he planned on because of it (but remembered before I was out of the exam room; I’m pretty sure this is a virus anyway, so I’m not so worried). He also said he was going to call in an antibiotic to be used prophylactically, as I’m prone to sinus infections, but it apparently never materialized at my pharmacy – perhaps he changed his mind, after coming to the same virus-​related conclusion I did. No big, though; I’m pretty sure it won’t be necessary.
All told, I was there for about an hour and change, most of which was spent waiting (as others have mentioned), but I still hold Dr. Pevsner in high regard for his patient-​centric, un-​rushed methods – a doctor I feel is worth waiting for.

Dr. Pevsner has been my doctor for 18 years, he and his staff have always been awesome. The long wait to see the doctor is worth the personal attention I get when it is my turn to see the him. He listens attentively and talks through the diagnosis, he is also relentless in getting to the source of my illness.

Staff is wonderful, really they all work well together as a team. Dr. Pevsner does a good job, and the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is the wait. Why is there always a long wait?

Dr. Pevsner and his staff are wonderful! He actually listens to what you are saying and doesn’t try to rush you out after spending 2 minutes with you. A very caring and knowledgable doctor. I would definitely recommend him.

had to wait for a while today but there all the same when it comes to that but he has an excuse. he actually listens !!! and gives great knowledge. so thats probably why you have to wait. I also drive 20 mins one way to get here.

My Dr. for three years now. I live in brea and still drive up here because the whole team is attentive and caring. There all wonderful.

I changed my primary doctor about 2 years ago and Dr. Pevsner has not disappointed me!

I’ve been a patient here for a year and a half and am totally blown away with the quality of health care this Doc and his staff provide. The wait time has been sporadic; sometimes good, sometimes not so good. You have to wait at any doctors office, so I might as well get good service.
Dr. Pevsner takes the time to actually listen to you and deal with the reason you came to see him about. He is very knowledgeable and accessible. His office manager (Shannon) is awesome as well. She runs a great office and makes navigating all the medical stuff much easier; she’s been a huge help.
Overall, this is the best Dr.‘s office I’ve been to ever. It’s the best of the old school service partnered with the best of contemporary medicine. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Dr. Pevsner has been my GP for a good portion of my life. Great attitude and knowledge, he makes you feel comfortable about any issues. His staff is friendly and warm. They care about you more than just billing your insurance and says a lot these days.
The only trade off for all the great service and attention is the amount of time you spend during office visits. I would rather wait for a doctor that took his time to follow through with my medical needs than be rushed in and out like cattle at some HMO.
