San Dimas Nails & Spa

Okay I’ve been going here forever thanks to my grandma (who is a long-​time dedicated patron) and I am always happy. I also get wild stuff so I’m not the easiest to please. Cici is my girl but they are all great.

I have been going to Tammy for pink/​while gel nails for several years. They are thin and beautiful. Great place that was recently remodeled and upgraded spa chairs. Clean and comfortable. Natalie, Cici and Mai are great for pedicure.

These ladies lost a long time customer! I called in before to make sure they weren’t busy on a Wednesday morning and they said it would be about 30 mins. I go in at the time they told me and walk in to 2 of the ladies that work there doing each others nails. I picked a color and sat down as they continued with their own nails. They get up from the pedicure spa chairs to sit at the tables and go from doing a pedicure to now beginning with the finger nails. At that point I got up and walked out. As a customer I think their nails could have waited but then again because I was a long time customer they probably figured I would just sit there and wait… very unprofessional in my opinion!

Second time here and they don’t disappoint! This time I got Mai (My [sorry I don’t know the spelling]) but she was awesome! Very friendly and helped pick the color good for the season! A lot of options and I love it! Definitely coming back sooooon :)

This place is great — the staff is friendly and the store is clean. The biggest plus for me, is I swear their gel manis last the longest — about 3 weeks compared to other salons in the area. I like to call ahead, as they are usually busy.
I highly recommend!

I love Natalie! She’s such a sweet heart and she did an amazing job at my gel manicure! I will definitely be coming back to see her!

So this was my 2^nd time there and I got a spa pedicure and fill. I told them I wanted white tip for both.
(The first time I only got a full set of acrylics and they came out exactly how I wanted, long and square. I believe her name was Tiffany who did them. So if there’s a tone to recommend it’s her. I’m just not sure if that’s her name ! That’s why I give two stars-​because she did a good good the first time.)
Anyways I said I wanted my acrylics cut a little shorter. However she made them as short as my real nail and rounded them. Even though she asked me if I wanted them square! I said I did by the way. They also painted the white tip chunky which looked terrible.
They went to paint my toes and did not put a white tip! I asked why, and they said I did not ask for it! I was mad! I told them all about my friends wedding and what we are all wearing and going to be matching. How can you screw up white tip?! (They had me pay for before cutting and polish too which was odd…) and then said I need 4.50 cash more to add white tip on my toes. Card transactions are have a minimum of $ 10 charge. So I was apparently screwed there ! I only brought my card. So they did not listen the first time! How is that my fault !?
Bottom line is that i got a random clear on my toes and a chunky white tip on my acrylics that I will have to a new place and pay for a new set because they’re too short. Not going back!
Still on my search for a decent place!

A friend recommended me to this salon and they did a great job with my gel nails. However I come to do nails and to relax and the shop was stuffy. During the summer the shop should be cool but it was really warm. Overall it was a great experience just uncomfortable due to the heat.

Wouldn’t recommend this place, they obviously do not have the right training! They cut my finger and had a hell of a time figuring out how to make short pink and whites look natural! But I guess for a walk in place you get what you pay for!!!

My niece (Angela Barron) is right the SD nails comfortable and clean, a lady name Julie did my pedicure always ask me if I was comfortable very nice of her she also painted my toe very spring like colors for I’ll b back

Best place ever! Been coming here for 8+ years. Cici, Lily and Tammy are great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I just had to write another review about my two FAV nailists (??) Natalie & Lily ~ They are so thorough, they take their time and make sure when they massage your getting a massage. They are quick also, with a gel take off and fresh pedi 1 hr tops! They are sooo nice & understanding. I went in the other day and tried to use my Discover card (THEY DON’T TAKE DISCOVER FYI) but they didn’t take it & I had no cash on me. They let me come back and pay, SOO understanding. I was soo embarrassed but they didn’t hold it against me.
Go See them & Tip well =), they earn it!
